The blonde lady who I think is the manager treated my mom very poorly a few years ago.My mom came in the change room to see my outfit, when she saw my mom come in, she yelled at her and told her to get out.My mother is asian and the manager lady was white. The manager did not speak so rudely to the white customers but decided to shout at my mom. It was absolutely disgusting how she treated her, and it was clearly racial prejudice.If I ever see her again, I’m going to take a photo of her and share it.Do not take your business here.

Getting worse and worse as time goes by, prices are more expensive now, on top of that I was there yesterday, bought 3 sweaters and 3 pants, paid over $450….the cashier asked me if I needed a bag ?? LMAOOOO what kind of dumb question is that, how else am I walking out of the store with 3 sweaters and 3 pairs of pants? And just to make things more interesting, they tried fitting everything in 1 small bag even though I pay extra for the bag….. After I saw her struggling to fit everything inside I told her just give me the big bag… it’s as if I didn’t say anything to her she wouldn’t have figured it out herself. I don’t know what’s going on these days, since the pandemic started people are just getting stupider and stupider, or maybe that’s how they are trained over there, regardless, useless people

Good store. Good options, I always end up buying something unlike other Zara stores in different locations. Just wish the store would hire more people to fold up more clothes, sometimes it's a hot mess in there because of other customer throwing clothes all over the place and it really turns you off because it feels like you are in a thrift store rummaging for a good deal.

My shopping experience was unpleasant. I placed an order online and selected the option to pick up at the store. When I arrived, I showed the staff my confirmation code and waited for my items. However, the staff simply left the box at the counter and walked away without providing any explanation, leaving me feeling awkward and uncertain about what to do next.

The customer service at this location is poor. The staff are not very helpful, are unable to find items on their website..although I had no problem doing so. Then leave you hanging while they go "ask someone". I blew an entire lunch hour hanging around this store, spoke to 2 staff and finally left as no one returned to let me know if they could find the item. Totally unacceptable.

I’m giving this store 5 star only because of Sahar, the best sales associate. I was looking for this very particular cargo pants that i saw on zara apps. On the app it showed there are few items left at the store, and asked someone near the fitting room to look for me. After 20 mins of waiting I asked them again for an update. She said I looked for you but couldn’t find you thought you left the store, I couldn’t find the size wanted(she said a complete different size)That’s okay I understand sometimes the apps shows a different number. However my spot was fixed near the fitting room and she could’ve paged someone to ask if i left the store or not. Anyways then I figured I need to ask someone else and found Sahar and asked her. She went to the back room and within less than 10 min found my right size and made my dayy! I’m really thankful for her patience and kindness I really hope the other sales associates can learn a thing or two from her and provide a better customer service.

The check out guy was funny…. I don’t have Zara app but he still asked me to use Zara app so I can receive electronic receipt?Also he charged me for paper bag and almost forgot give me the paper bag…Better for Zara to invest in some self checkout machines :)

I went today on my break to buy some tshirts, your cashiers are so freaking rude she shouted saying you have to wait… it’s the zara at markville she is south Asian girl didn’t tell me her name other cashiers were with her too didn’t stop her.. I don’t come to zara to get insulted especially if I’m paying for my own order work on it…

Absolute worst customer service.Please tell me why there are 2 lines when staff will priotize one over the other? Standing in line for a return they completely ignore you hoping you'll leave so they don't have to process your refund. And if you try and ask what's going on they blatantly ignore you. Thank you Zara for reminding me why I don't shop here anymore and probably why many others don't either. Terrible customer service you need to get your act together!
