I recently took my car to Wing Foon Auto, and the service was top-notch! Alex and Will were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my car was fixed in no time. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Wing Foon Auto for anyone looking for trustworthy mechanics. Thanks again, Alex and Will! I’ll definitely be back

They were initially nice but apparently do not want to work on my car anymore. Looking back, they scheduled my car repair a week out on purpose maybe so that I would ‘go away’, and then cancelled the appointment the day before. I have no idea why they would have someone delay getting their car fixed when they could just be upfront and say they don’t want to work on it anymore. Maybe it’s an older car full of little repairs and they just want to work on jobs that are more profitable. Not knowing they don’t want to work on it anymore I kept trying to get repairs done, even showing up in the shop, this is after they once misdiagnosed a noise in my car that was indicating the rear brakes needed to be changed, but they said it was something else. When the brakes failed, thank god it was when I was just starting up the car and I took it to someone else who were able to find the problem.
But still gave them a chance when something else went wrong, because I figured they’ll still know the basics. But I was put off for an appointment again, so I messaged the owner for clarity but no response. Very unprofessional and lack of courtesy.
