I had the pleasure of doing business with David, the company's owner and director. I recently bought a set of large wine racks for my home. Everything was done with utmost professionalism. The customer service, the date of product delivery, the questions I had post-sales were all handled greatly. The staff is also very friendly. I will certainly continue to do business with Wine Cave and I highly recommend it to everyone.

This is a preliminary review, but frankly I am spitting mad right now. I will add comments about the product itself as required.This is about service. Comparison: I just bought a low-end washer-dryer set from Leons. $1200 for the pair. They were delivered to my house, all packaging removed, and located to exactly where I wanted them, all ready to go, I simply had to plug them in.For my $4000 Eurocave, it's dropped off, on a skid, on the ground outside my front steps. I have to somehow wrestle it up the steps, into the house, through the house to where I want it, get it off the skid and the bottom cardboard (inserted into holes in the cardboard just for an extra test), remove all the packaging, and the set the whole thing up, including installation of shelving and other parts.Sorry - for $4000 I shouldn't be a mover. As it is, I chipped a couple of door frames which I will have to repair.. Thank goodness that in moving it, it didn't slip and suffer damage.I was lucky - I happen to own both a metal ramp that helped my get it up the steps, and a dolly that I could use to wheel it. Without both of those, it's still sitting outside on my walk until I can hire someone to move it.This is not acceptable service. If you're going to sell a glorified fridge for $4000, at least put it properly into my house.FIRST UPDATE: Locking mechanism does not work. I can move the lock up and down, but the plate is mis-aligned and too high to catch the lock.

The owner has been at it for a long time and owned a store in roncesville, he is extremely knowledgeable and has been very helpful and has made my purchases an easy transaction and delivery an easy transition. Highly recommended and trustworthy.

**Be sure to read the warranty terms before purchase**. I had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend purchasing from here. I ordered VinoTemp dual-zone wine cooler. Upon arrival the unit leaked from the drip pan. I contacted the seller to be told I need to contact the manufacturer. Upon contacting VinoTemp I was told the warranty was not valid because I was outside the continental United States. I ultimately had to work with my credit card company to get the replacement part four months later, only to be stuck with a $100 bill for taxes / duty on the replacement part.
