Please note that there is something wrong with the scale of Walmart supermarket, which is inaccurate. I bought a white radish, the price is $1.48/kg, and the final price is $2.58/kg. Then I went back to Walmart to see what was going on. The Walmart manager said that the cashier made a human error, returned the money to me, and then asked me to buy again. Then I asked her, the Canadian supermarket can calculate the wrong price for free! She said no, that was a misprint of the payee, not in that range. ok, I'll buy the same radish again. The new problem is that the weights are not the same. I will not say later, show you the invoice picture! Such is the problem at Walmart, a large supermarket chain. At the same time, there is another problem. I found that Walmart's service attitude is poor.
When I consulted the problem, Walmart The Manager was very bored when the problem came up. Unwilling to take responsibility. I am not satisfied at Walmart.

bad customer service! i waited 40mins for an online order that i just to pick up. the staff are too slow to make a decision & take action. i don’t recommend their online ordering thing

Went to the electronics area to look for an employee for assistance on an item. I see one employee walk by and tried to get his attention by saying hi but the employee was staring straight and continued walking. Since I didn't get a reply or even get acknowledged, I said Hello? and he snaps at me and says there's a line at the counter.
There was no one at the counter when I was looking for an associate so how would I know to wait there.
Absolutely garbage customer service by this guy and I hope he gets reprimanded for it. Not a good look on how to provide customer service. Just had to say "Hey there's a line can you wait over there?" or even just respond politely. I only said Hi and Hello and this guy snapped on me.

I saw a person stealing food without paying. I reported to 2 employees immediately while he's still in the store. I feel upset that they don't care even they notice that. The company should consider better security!

The employee works on toy department there are 2 Indian people. 1 lady and 1guy. Super rude!u asking any questions for help and u have to see they show u how they impatient and rude. That’s toys department. Hope we can see some nice people for our kids.

My online order was supposed to be ready but I never received an email nor did the website provide an update. Anyways, I went in and had to wait 35 mins to pick it up on a Friday night. The order supposedly came into the warehouse but it didn't update. The entire online order experience was very unpleasant.
The only silver lining were the lady who worked at customer service (her name was Filomena or something) and the lad who worked at the warehouse (Sunlait? - he was the only one working at the back so was busy as heck). The lady was especially caring and tried to help relentlessly.
Overall, the staff were great but c'mon Walmart, hire more people and put in a better system. If it weren't for the two staff mentioned above, this review would receive no stars. Yes, no stars.

This Walmart was my third stop in my journey from Downtown Toronto to Richmond Hill to Markham by public transit.
It is in a mall so there were quite a few places to go aside from the Walmart itself. However, I feel Walmarts near malls have fewer selection of products. In this case video games.
I prefer not to go here again for hunting but it is in a mall so there’s that.

Filamena was extremely helpful… I was carrying so much stuff when I arrived that she helped me with my items and cashing out she was all smiles and so polite. I appreciate her hard work

Purchased a tv in the electronic department,the staff( an old lady)was very rude and offensive. We brought a tv and other stuffs(the tv had been paid and the other stuffs will be paid at the Walmart main cashier),that old lady rudely and offensively told us that we should pay those stuffs at the electric department,what a nonsense! The store does not have the policy stating customers should pay all the stuffs at the electronics department when paying for the stuffs brought at the electronic department.

I was waiting to get head brush for my electric toothbrush, I waited 30 more than 30 minutes to just to wait and unlock the pins and the store it self unorganized, there are products on the floor it unprofessional at all

I purchased a Hot Wheels toy from the clearance section, but upon returning home, I discovered that it was missing parts, including the car itself. My son is quite upset about this. It would be helpful if you could ensure that items sold in clearance are complete and not missing parts. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 50 bucks wasted!
