Get the white guy to take your pic, he has good service! I would like to give the guy 5 stars. I only give 1 star because the woman who work at the photo centre was so rude! Do NOT get that woman to take your pics, she is unprofessional and has bad attitude! She never turn on the light to take pictures and never let you review your pictures. She print out the pictures directly then ask you leave. If you are not happy with your photo and ask her to retake, she will say that’s what you look like, no matter how many times retake that will be the same. And she’s not willing to answer customers questions. I saw there was a customer asked her some simple question at a not peak time, she said she had a lot of work to do and do not have time to service that customer or she will get fired. Very bad experience!

I should have believed the review here. Avoid at all cost. My photo pack was lost and the both of the staffs just told me could not find and come again later. Nothing they can help. Next customer. Also, those expected delivery dates online is inaccurate. Photos never arrive on time. I have 3 orders here.

We ordered express photo calendars which were then delayed. Seems silly to pay for express calendars that aren’t express. Turns out they didn’t have the paper to print them.When we went in to talk to them and pick up our photos from a different order )not great quality by the way), we were told our calendar order had been cancelled, without notifying us.Lastly we spend about 3 hours on hold with customer service only to give up. Not sure what customer service would have done anyway since, according to Walmart store staff, the photo lab is a different company.

There was no 1hr photo printing. In the middle of printing the ribbon ran out and I had to line up in line to get a refund. No passport photos being done either.

We were told photos were ready for pick up by email confirmation, but they were not. The customer service person was extremely rude and offered zero help. Apparently it's our fault we went in based on their email confirmation? Apparently we should have called to confirm before going in? The craziest part is, we did call, right after going in, and guess what the rep on the phone said, "the photos are ready for pick up" LOL, I give up... Avoid at all cost.

I bought a bag of potatoes and other groceries drove home which is 1 hour then proceeded to take potatoes out of bag and into my wooden potato box. I screamed bloody murder when I realized that i had picked up a dead rat out of the potato bag. I called the Markville Walmart where I purchased them and customer service took a message saying to bring back item with receipt for a refund....I live so far away it really is worth it my main reason was to protect others from buying produce with rats, mice. It has been 4 DAYS and I still have yet to hear from manager whom I was told would contact me. I will contact Health Board Monday morning to report. PLEASE BE CAREFUL BUYING PRODUCE HERE.

Unfortunately there was no synchronization between their online ordering and their store. As the store was out of stock on their photo paper and could not fulfill our next day online order which we paid extra for. We weren’t told about the reason of the delay , nor were we informed what the new timeline would be. So we had to take a trip to the location to find out they have not yet received our order 24 hours later, nor did they have the stock to fulfill our order as their supplies have been on backorder for a few weeks already.

Quality of photos is atrocious. Got it when it was around 10 cents per 4x6. I didn't know poor quality was possible?? For photos - all the people's face are smushed - it's so hard to describe but really, save your money.Pickup - delayedPickup experience - Walmart, what's the point of entering your name when your staff can't find the order using name OR order number?I used my mother's credit card for billing and used my own name for the account.Just because I used her name for billing doesn't mean her name should be the order name. We made two trips to the photo center because of this.All your emails were addressed TO ME, since I am the Walmart account holder.TLDR don't bother

This photo center has some of the best Walmart staff and the worst Walmart staff I have ever encountered. I tried calling to inquire about an items availability and after staying on the line for 20min an employee picked up and immediately slammed the phone down without answering. I called back immediately and they hanged up again. I waited a few min before recalling and the employee picked up and rudely asked what I want. I inquired about the item and she told me to hold and put the phone down and started speaking to another employee complaining about me constantly calling, despite this being my first interaction with her(I guess she didn't know how to put a call on hold). She then told me that they don't carry the item I'm asking about and I corrected her letting her know that they do and she then said they don't have it in stock. I'm a really courteous person and I can be empathetic to the hardships of working retail and could accept everything she did till that point. I said "thank you for checking" and she just immediately cut the line before I could finish the sentence. She was extremely rude through the whole interaction and definitely requires some additional training.On the other hand this photo center location also has one of the kindest and helpful staff members I've encountered at any Walmart. He has glasses and is tall. Not sure what his name is but that guy has gone the extra mile every time I come to the photo center.
