I had a serious scratch in the garage last Saturday and the entire back door was deformed. Because I needed to use the car the following Friday, I went out and asked several body shops that day. The response I received was that either an appointment was required for the assessment, or there was definitely not enough time. Only this company not only evaluated me quickly, but also gave me two different plans and quotes on the spot. Vincent carefully explained the advantages and disadvantages of the two options to me, and finally recommended the cheaper option based on my situation. I picked up the car on time last Friday. The technician was very professional and there was absolutely no difference between the repaired car and the new car. All in all, I am very satisfied and will come back to this store if I have any problems with my car in the future.

I actually doubted the all 5-star reviews at the very beginning and confidently give my fully satisfied review once I received my HONDA CRV fully restored.Vincent first impressed me by his efficiency and professionalism, he quoted me the estimates of repairs in 15 minutes and illustrated all possible scenarios. The second impression was the restoration itself, everything looks new without any complaint. However, the first and foremost impression is his customer consideration attitude, beyond my expectation. He saved $300 more by repairing my old part other than full replacement as I have to pay by myself.No doubt, I recommend Valleyside to everyone, you will be satisfied in all respects.

A big thank you to Vincent and staff. Repaired the roofs of both my Lexus RX350 (gold - rust problem, windshield replaced too) and Toyota Rav4 (Pearl white - paint peeling) - both of them 13 years old. Work is top notch, was done in timely manner as promised and price was fair. Will always go there for auto body work.

My boyfriend’s new car got scratch from the parking spot and we don’t know who did it. He came and got his car fixed from this location. The staff are very accommodating and understanding about the situation. My boyfriend is very happy with the service rendered from the team. The before and after photos. This shop is over 5 stars. ☺️

I recently visited this auto shop, and I must say that the staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They not only assisted us in removing and installing license plates for free but also took the time to teach me how to check if the windshield washer fluid is running low. The service was outstanding, and the license plates were installed with precision and speed. In just a few minutes, everything was done efficiently. I highly recommend everyone to choose this auto shop for their excellent service. Great job!

Three years ago, I have my car first repaired ( whole rear cover) in Valleyside after consulting 3-4 body shops. Very good repair until now. This week in my 2nd visit there, for my left mirror, they checked the misfunction and give me a free suggestion and fix the problem. It looks still the same for quick response, reasonable price, and good repair ! Highly recommended !Service: General repairs & maintenance
