I have nothing but positive experiences from this pharmacy. I have had multiple COVID vaccines administered by the pharmacist who made this an efficient, safe and painless experience. I want to thank the staff for their proactive approach and patience in trying to find me an appointment with my limited availability. The storefront is clean, tidy and bright.

I recently had a disappointing encounter with this pharmacy for the second time. My doctor tried to fax a prescription, but despite multiple attempts, no one answered the phone. Both the fax and phone lines provided the same automated message: "Sorry, you have reached a mailbox that has not been set up." This happened on a Tuesday between 4:30-5:00 pm, a time when both Google and Facebook indicated they should be open. It's worth noting that they don't even have a website!I attempted to call the pharmacy to inquire about picking up my medication but was met with frustration as I couldn't reach anyone. The receptionist from my doctor's office called me, expressing their own inability to contact the pharmacy in the past 30 minutes and questioning if their business is still operating.This lack of communication and professionalism left me with no option but to seek help from another pharmacy. Regrettably, this experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I strongly discourage others from using this pharmacy. My confidence in their services has been completely shattered.

The service they provided touched me at personal level - I feel they truly care and genuinely try to help on the best efforts. They always go above and beyond - reach out to our paediatrician if we cannot have the medication in time. It is indeed called “family” pharmacy!! Highly recommended !!

In these troubled times, it is difficult arranging and getting your vaccines. Large pharmaceutical shops are very impersonal and profit minded. It is hard to find a place where the pharmacist places relationship first.This week we wanted to get our family members vaccinated with the flu shot. It was very simple to schedule an appointment for our family of four as well as for my senior parents.The process was very straightforward, and friendly. All of us had our shots without a fuss and my parents were given the senior versions.I personally found the pharmacist to be very courteous, and patient. Great qualities to have when dealing with hearing impaired seniors, and people wanting simple guidance.I will recommend Uptown Family to anyone who want to avoid large outlets and want to develop a more meaningful, helpful relationship with your pharmacist.

This is the pharmacy who CARE about you!I have been looking to get flu shot for my senior mom and my family. And after calling the pharmacy, they were able to fit us in for the earliest appointments according to our risk level during the shortage of flu short. They also offered the pre-packed medicine service to my senior mom after they learned our worried. Thank you, Uptown Family Pharmacy and glad to have you in neighborhood.

This is a great pharmacy with really polite and friendly staff! I was looking for a place to get a flu shot and was having a difficult time finding a clinic or pharmacy to do one, but Uptown Family Pharmacy fit me in for an appointment very quickly! I would highly recommend coming here!
