The staff at fitting room on Oct 29th evening shift was just mean. I said hi when I went to try just one blazer, he ignored me. When I returned it back to him and said thank you, he ignored me again with eye rolling.
It seems he hates his job so bad and doesn’t even want to speak a single word but still works in retail.

We were lucky to find Thomas the train clothing’s for our loved ones, more importantly they were on sale.
This Uniqlo is like many other store in the States. But color selection wasn’t as good.

Comparing to sporting life, shopping experience is consistent and always high quality. Staff team is always smiling, greeting and providing assurances. They won’t judge your ethnicity but providing consistent service to everyone

This Uniqlo in Markham, Ontario is much like the other ones in the U.S. Store is bright, clean and spacious. There was some sales items on for children. With the current currency exchange rate and the sales, we got good bargains. You can download the Uniqlo app and get $10 off.

Before entering the store, I saw the promotion in the app. From May 24th to May 26th, if you spend $99 (before tax), you can get a free water bottle. After buying it for $171 (tax included), I didn't receive a water bottle and no employee took the initiative to answer. I asked an employee and was told that the water bottles had been distributed. A three-day event, all distributed on the second day? Checking the promotion details, there is no mention that any water bottles have been distributed. It also did not specify how many water bottles would be distributed. This is deceiving customers. In fact, they didn't have water bottles at all. I called customer service and the customer service attitude was average and they hung up the phone. The service attitude is too bad.

Went early on a Monday so it was slow but super friendly staff. Rafael leads a super friendly team! Location is smaller that others but they still have a great selection!

Great location with free alterations service provided on specific items same day if you give them appropriate amount of time.Service can be slow during peak hours where it can be difficult to find staff for assistance.
