Recently bought my 2024 Taos through William (salesman) and Michael (delivery specialist). I had such a great experience there from the moment I walked in. They helped find the car I was truly looking for, find one that fit within my budget, mad sure I test drove it and that I knew all the key functionalities of the car. Overall, it was such a great experience. I leased my 2010 Jetta Wolfsburg from them, then my 2013 Jetta Trendline with them and now this 2024 Taos!

My wife’s 2020 Tiguan was finishing its lease. She loved it so much she wanted another. Knowing the shortage of new vehicles I ordered a new one with Samantha at Unionville Volkswagen. Samantha kept me updated on when I should expect the vehicle. My vehicle came in right around Xmas. Unfortunately I was out of the country until February. She was able to keep the car for me until I returned. Samantha was also great help in coordinating with my insurance broker while I was out of the country. I landed back into Canada and went straight to the dealership. Everything was done and all I had to do was sign. Samantha was great in making the process as easy as possible. Definitely a keeper. My wife is super happy with her 2024 Tiguan and the team at Unionville made the process enjoyable. Keep up the great work!! We’ll definitely be back for another vehicle.
