“I just wanted to publicly thank PHILIX TOWING YORK REGION for their help this morning . I was having a ruff morning rushing and I somehow accidentally locked my keys in my car . As I was waiting for CAA to come , a very nice man named Larry came out of no where to my rescue and within minutes he was able to get me access for me to go back into my vehicle . during the process he said to me call back CAA to cancel the service, and he also had me stay in his truck so that I can stay warm while he opened my car door. Wow…he was my true guardian angel this morning !!!!!! As, I was just about to pay him for his services he told me that he’s giving me an early Christmas gift and that I should pay it forward . Thank you so much Larry I appreciate you so so much and your kind gestures! We need more people like Larry . Imagine with the inflation prices and everything going up .. money wasn’t all to him and I’m sure he has a family he needs to provide for ????”

“From the first phone call I made to them to when I drove my car home after being repaired CARSTAR SNE were absolutely top notch. They brought me in right away to assess the damage and quickly had a quote for my insurance company. My insurance company was making my life miserable and taking forever to green light my repairs but as soon as they did CARSTAR was ordering my parts and brought me in as soon as they arrived, showing me what great customer service really looks like. While the repairs were being done they were providing updates throughout and when the repairs were done they were very accommodating when I needed an extra day to pick up my vehicle due to work. The work was impeccable to the point where my wife mistook the undamaged side for the side that had been repaired. Hansikka, my contact at CARSTAR throughout the process was extremely professional, friendly and made a bad situation so much better. I can also say the same for the rest of the staff I met. I would absolutely (!) recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best possible service and experience.”
