I think TWWW is a well-run business, owned and operated by women for women, which I will always be a huge supporter of as a self-employed woman myself. I love their concept of repurposing fashion which is both eco-friendly and fun. This type of business is not easy to operate with stock coming in to their shop daily, posting on Facebook and Instagram daily, keeping track of old stock, sold items, etc. I really admire them and don't know how they keep up. They have always been super friendly and accommodating every time I have called or gone into the shop. Thanks to TWWW, I am the newest proud owner of a very gently used Gucci bag which I would have never purchased for myself new paying full retail. I encourage you to drop in whenever you next get the chance!

Update: I spoke with Shauna over the phone to find out if some of my items had sold. They had, and so I asked if I could stop by to bring more, telling her I still had things for spring/summer. She said they were booked up until May and there was no way they could fit me in. I tried to offer possible alternatives like calling me if someone cancels, as I want to get some items in before the season for taking items is over. She said that barely anyone cancels and there was no way they could accommodate me sooner. The last time I was there as a walk-in they took two minutes to look at my items and took nearly everything. I understand being extremely busy but where is the customer service? I’m offering to bring you items to make your business money. Shauna finally suggested I call on a random morning and see if they had time. This was after I explained how pleasant and flexible my experience was the first time and questioned why she was being so rigid. First rule in customer service: there is always a solution. Don’t tell someone who is willing to bring you items to make you money that you simply can’t find the time, especially when it takes 2 minutes to look at items. I understand not having any more room for items in the store, but with over 6 staff members surely they can find the time to take more walk ins. I’m going to have to consider whether I want to keep consigning here if it’s going to be so difficult. I have a baby and it’s not always easy for me to get out. All I was hoping for was a little flexibility. Shauna did not offer that. Unpleasant.Great experience consigning and shopping here yesterday. So refreshing to have a consignment store take walk-ins for consignment when I call the same day; instead of telling me that I’ll need to wait two weeks. They took most of my items which I appreciated since I spent the time to carefully clean and select them and they were friendly. They didn’t scrutinize every little thread like some places do. Refreshing to see such a large well laid out space, compared to the cramped and overstuffed place in my town. I was pleased with the amount of variety and styles for all age groups and the different tiers of designers, while still maintaining quality throughout the store.I have two suggestions. I know they have a Facebook and instagram that showcases items, but I would love to see a “just in” section and a “higher end designer” section in the store for those really high end pieces. Maybe they had that and I missed that.

Unwelcoming, snobby and rude vibes from staff. I’m all for supporting local and small businesses but my last experience here was just horrible and I’d never want to shop or sell here again! I shopped here a few times years ago with my mom (also everything is pretty outrageously priced for a consignment store). I am a young adult and I had brought a few clothes in a while back to sell here, all were in great condition clean with no damage and were contemporary styles of name brand stores. I came in with my mom and immediately the staff looked bothered by us being there, they were chatting with one of their friends and just took everything from a big pile of her things she was selling. We waited patiently for our turn and were quiet and browsed some of their on sale items, and when we finally got to show her our items to sell she immediately turned it all away with no other reasoning. Maybe it’s because this store’s style is stuck in 2005 that they buy off their little posse, or maybe she just didn’t like that we were younger than her, but she had a real bum attitude to both me and my mom. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. There are more stylish and friendlier places to thrift elsewhere.

My favorite go-too high-end consignment store located in beautiful Georgetown! BUT this isn't just your typical store. They really carrie the best of the best clothing and accessories! It's a two story store filled with some of the best name brand items - that practically look Brand New! It's my guilty pleasure (tehe Thanks Mom-Liz!). I have bought some of the most beautiful pieces from here. I literally get so many compliments on the different items I have bought. I have been so lucky to come across Marc Jacob purses here (which in reality I could never afford brand new), Karl Lagerfeld clutch and some beautiful one of a kind items -TILL.DA Top (Pictured here). They have Coach, Louboutin heels, Kate Spade-the options are endless. Purses, upon purses, upon purses-its endless and the shoe collection is something else! Do you love Lululemon?! Well-they have plenty! The absolute best place-Love it! PLUS The group of ladies who work here-amazing! Their so much fun! ♡ So make it an afternoon getaway and escape to The Way We Were with your girlfriends/family members! You will not leave disappointed!

Lower level prices are a bit steep for consignment, some of the stuff isn't that much of a markdown which is what you'd expect at a thrift store, but the quality is probably the reason for the price. However! The sale section is a GOLD mine if you like preppy brands like Banana Republic, Calvin Klein and Ann Taylor.
