It was my first time sending packages to the States. I didn’t know how to start with, but staffs there saved my time. Moe was very helpful and friendly, even though there were a lot of people. Thank you and def will go here next time :)

UPS is trash. The drivers will literally steal the contents of your package and UPS doesn’t even care. Go somewhere else.

I visited The UPS Store today for a package delivery, and the service was exceptional! The staff was friendly and immediately assisted me with my shipping needs. They helped ensure my package was securely packed and offered various shipping options. I especially appreciated how efficient the whole process was, and my package is already on its way with reliable tracking.
I’m very pleased with the service today and will definitely return for future shipments. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience. The staff were so kind and wonderful with our kids when we went to get their passport photos (2 years old and 6 months). They took many clicks until we got the perfect ones and they were so patient. This spot offers amazing customer service, definitely recommend!!

I had a run in with Helan few weeks back. I put my 10 boxes of packages at the pickup area, and when I walked in, she was on her phone and didnt say a word when I walked in. Then she came over and told me not to put the boxes at the designated area, but instead on the counter, then began to go on a raid of remarks saying its hard for her to pickup, but I had more boxes than it can hold at table. It made no sense yet she still kept pushing her point. Sounds like she hates her position, or need some good training.

Went to this place for passport photo for my daughter because of good reviews but COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!The photo was unacceptable and my daughter looked absolutely sluggish.The staff showed the pic to my wife before she prints but my wife didn’t realize the poor quality looking thru the tiny LCD display on the camera when the staff should have shown the photo on a larger monitor screen so customer can identify any problem easily. Once the photos were printed even I went back to complain immediately they would not care. For such ridiculous price I pay I hope the staff can be more professional and care about customer experience. Because how much does it cost to retake and print 2 passport photos? If the owner sees this review and cares for customer experience please give some feedback to your staff. The reply follows is just more evident to how they don’t care about customer experience and would only defend for the sake of a bad review.Would not recommend this place for sure.

I recently accidentally left an important gift in my hotel room when I checked out. I was devastated because I didn't know how I was going to get it home. I am so happy I found Moe and his staff. They picked it up, packed it and shipped to me very quickly. Thank you so much UPS Store Woodbine. Only UPS now for me.
