Today I went shopping with my family at Tiantian Department Store. I wanted to use the gift card I had previously received, but a male waiter said I couldn’t use it. I asked him why he couldn't use it, and he said he didn't know, he didn't know, and said the boss had changed. Isn't the name of this store called Tiantian Department Store? What does it have to do with me whether the owner changes or not? Then ignore me. It's a shabby shop with a shabby attitude. It's better to close it early to avoid defrauding people and money.

The Chinese woman with a ponytail and short hair spoke to me and my family with contempt, as if we were her enemy. We were really confused about one type of rice cooker, and I had already asked her what the main difference was between a rice cooker made in China and one made in Japan, and she didn't respond at all, assuming that I was supposed to know. She didn't explain anything else about the rice cooker I was about to buy, which costs around $360 and isn't worth a few dollars. It was a really horrible experience to come here.

A dishonest business that I would avoid. Refused to honour my gift card, with the lame excuse of "new owner". New owners take on the assets and liabilities of the business they bought. They get both the good will and the obligations. Gift cards should be honoured. The sales clerk called the owner, who wouldn't speak on the phone but promised to come in, and then failed to show up. This tactic adds insult to injury for customers. Why would you shop here?

Mr. Doug Maclntosh, the sales clerk was in her job description to call the owner for you, and the owner lied about his unpunctuality. She helped you. Why did you take pictures of salespeople and publish them? Is your behavior different from that of the owner? You violated the privacy of her portrait, and you have no manners!

I passed by by chance when I was going to my mother's house. I couldn't walk as soon as I entered the grocery store. I took a health pot and a bunch of odds and ends home. I compared prices online and found that the prices were quite impressive. I rarely write reviews, but I still want to share the good stuff?
