On May 3, 2023 I had a prescription for GABAPENTIN 6% filled. After the 1st application, there was NO reaction. When another application was due, there was still NO difference so I applied 2X the amount. Still NO change. At my follow up appointment at Sunnybrook Hospital, I told the specialist that the prescribed cream did NOT HELP at ALL! Fortunately, I had the cream with me. After the lab tested it, I was told that it was NOT mixed correctly. When I went back to the pharmacy & to tell them, the pharmacist grabbed it & said that that is impossible! He refused to return it. So, I went back when that pharmacist who I had dealt with wasn’t there & got back my cream even though it is of NO USE! So JUST be aware & CAREFUL when you go there! ***

The experience was disappointing; it seemed like they overcharged with a $55 'professional fee' on a $12 medicine. The 5-star reviews appear suspiciously fake, and there was a lack of transparency about the charges. The receipt to the customer shows it as cost while what they send to insurance is a professional charge.

Bad experience today.The female pharmacist today very rude.Have never dealt with her before.If she is there next time will walk out.Asking my life story.I thought pharmacist s were supposed to be helpful and can prescribe for some ailments.I was told go see my doctor. Doesn't she realise not everyone has access to a family Dr.Willy Woo excellent,this one today absolutely not, very unprofessional.

We have been using this pharmacy for over 6 years now as both kids meds need to be compounded. We go every few weeks. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. We don’t even live in the area anymore. We drive down from Georgina because I don’t want to go anywhere else.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the Pharmacy overcharges for the medicines and under prepares the dosage.I was charged $100 for 5ml×2 a day× 5 day (50ml) antibiotic medicine for my kid. The pharmacist charged extra $3 for flavor. The medicine flavor was not as requested, and the dosage finished in 4 days. I would never recommend this place.

The staff here provide excellent and efficient service, and are friendly too. My non-compounding prescription was filled within 10 minutes. The follow up with my prescription that needed compounding was also efficient, and the pharmacy team was great with connecting with my insurance. My experience was overall really refreshing- I'm used to having a very rushed experience with larger pharmacies.

We went to this pharmacy yesterday and we were actually advised to go this location because the Rexall pharmacy near the boxgrove medical centre did not have any of the antibiotic in stock. In fact, the Walmart location also had the antibiotic on back order. I was getting pretty desperate because this was medication for my son. Luckily, this pharmacy had the antibiotic in stock.The service by the pharmacist (Willie Woo) was great. He seemed very proficient and knowledgeable. He asked for my son's weight just to make sure the dosage the doctor calculated was correct. He said the prescription would take 10 minutes and he was probably done in 8 minutes. He explained to us how to administer the medication and then we left. I will certainly come back for all my future prescription.

Pharmacy extremely unprofessional and messed up my order on two occasions. I told the pharmacist I was in critical pain and we rudely just told to come back in a few hours when she was free .

I had a fantastic experience here. The pharmacist did her due diligence and caught a mistake made by the doctor on dosing. She even followed up with the doctor and then circled back with me. I was so appreciative of the service!
