I go here every week for my meat, their beef, chicken and pork are awesome, always fresh.
I also buy Wagyu beef once in a while to treat myself, the tenderous and the fat evenly melted inside my mouth.
I used their hanger steak or boneless short ribs to made beef wellington, the result was pretty good as well. Highly recommend

Staff was helpful. Pork chops tender and juicy, but a bit expensive ($20/kg). Beef rib roast was a perfect balance of flavor, tenderness and price ($28/kg). Looking forward to more sous-vide adventures

Such a wonderful place to pick up some high quality meats. I recently stopped by to pick up a box for grilling and everyone loved the different cuts! You can preorder online or pick up in store. Would highly recommend!

I have recently discovered this exquisite butcher. I used to live in Chicago and worked with Executive Chefs. This is absolutely the only place I will ever buy meat (in the GTA) again! Delicious cuts of beef, Angus, Wagu, outstanding! The owner is wonderful and confident about her product, as she should be.

Got Japanese A5 Wagyu, US A3 Ribeye & NY Striploin.All delicious! The staff was patient with my indecisiveness. I think next time I’ll get one of their box deals for great value!

They take their beef quite seriously. It’s the real deal. This place is awesome. I bought a steak there and was even given instructions on how to prepare and cook it. Great service and high quality products - at more than reasonable prices. I can’t wait to go back and also recommend this place to my friends and family.

Absolute gem of a find. Other then one other location nearby, they sell Kobe wagyu but at significantly better pricing than you’ll find anywhere else. Very important: they have certificates on display for their wagyu supply and organic listed items. Huge plus!Wings come in boxes and are vacuum sealed which is a nice touch, don’t see many other shops doing the same, and same applies for their other items, so saving you a step of you’re going to sous vide.This store is also locally owned and the couple running it are super friendly!
