Nice quality meat for a reasonable price. The owner of the store is pretty nice and has the amount of knowledge of meat.

Staff was helpful. Pork chops tender and juicy, but a bit expensive ($20/kg). Beef rib roast was a perfect balance of flavor, tenderness and price ($28/kg). Looking forward to more sous-vide adventures
