Bought a multi-function soy milk maker lately. Many hidden product limitations TBS won't indicate in the Ad. While the ad shows "free selection of 300/500/800/1000ml", only 500ml juice or hot water, only 300ml coffee is possible. Even the pictures are misleading on the actual capacity. Deceptive! And be extremely careful about TBS return policy, these hidden limitations are not "defects", they refused return. They will give you the hardest time when it comes to return, or just ignore your communications. Awful experience! Avoid buying with TBS!!

I bought a mini washing Machine at the northyork store. Used 2 times and it broke down. Sadly we already disposed the cardboard box that came with the product. $246 went to garbage. Don’t shop at this store because they don’t let you return any product regardless on how useless it is. It was my fault really that I actually purchased the item for my new born son. Even tho the person working here looked in my eyes deeply and tells me to keep the receipt in a very serious way. Should of took the hint and chose not to buy it.
