Manager Zeres was exceptional in helping us... she is an asset to the branch and definitely to the TD brand for her calm demeaner and helping attitude amidst the rush in the Bank.

5/5 stars. I had a regular credit card with cashback being little to nothing. I've contacted the bank and I had the associate Helen help me sign up for an aeroplan credit card which she explained all of the benefits in detail. welcome points, first year waived... After that she was proactive with helping me invest in TFSA and she handed me off to her associate Jacky. He helped me super quick and told me what would benefit me in the long run based on my age, income and how much money i had to invest. Super simple and well detailed. I also come to the bank often to deposit and withdraw and all of the tellers are so amazing. Excellent customer service and such a clean place. I can tell everyone cares about their environment as the fish tank is super clean and cool!

I had few experiences with this branch, for both of the visit the manager Ms Zhao showed her professional skills and I feel she truly respected TD clients. It’s normal to see one time, but for an ongoing positive attitude like her is hard.

Wait times at this branch are abysmal. If there's a line up at the ATM might as well make sure you cancel your next appointment. It's low staffed and very slow

My experience with this particular branch was very disappointing. I was helping two newcomer friends to open checking accounts. Although we told the employee that the clients needed checks, they did not offer temporary checks. They don't answer their phone calls. At the time of writing this, it's been two days since I left a message on their voice mail box, and I haven't heard back from them.

I honestly rarely leave reviews, but Bobby Diu at this TD branch is an amazing representative. He made me understand what I needed for a line of credit and the documents I needed. He helped me with other banking needs as well and went above and beyond. He deserves a promotion.

Made an appointment at 12:30 pm. Was there 30 min ahead, waited 45 min with absolutely no service, no greetings. Staffs were chatting, eating, drinking, only 2 teller windows are open, line up was excessively long. Gladly take my business to another branch :)
