Made an appointment for snow tire changeover with Jayden during the peak season. Got in and out within 1hr. Jayden and his crew are professional and friendly. Highly recommended if you need a set of new tires.

Discrimination is alive and well! If you are not a man or an asian dont go here. I went to Taylor Tires in Markham yesterday to get winter tires swapped. Owner said it was busy, they don't take appts, no point waiting, likely won't get in. Yet I watched an Asian who came after got in.
I went back at 820am today, 20 mins before open, 6 people in front of me and the Asian couple who came after tried to but the line, I spoke up so the owner wrote a list of who's who in order - yet to my dismay the same couple was served before 2 of us who was there since before open.
I attempted to go ask about my turn. Heard them talking about the audi so I went back to my car thinking they will get me in next. Nope, another Asian who arrived not so long ago was asked in. I thought the next open spot would be mine, wrong again. The person beside me, Asian again, was told to drive in.
This time I did go inside and asked what happened to my turn. The guy said we are working on it, you will be next, of course with an annoyed expression on his face. That is 1.5hrs after they opened and I'm still not serviced, not because they were really busy but because all the other Asians who came after are being serviced.
At that point I was no longer feeling confident they would do a proper job so I left.
Women, and those non Asian don't waste your time. I have gone to this place for years with the previous owner, and no issues.

What a great experience working with Jayden and staff as he was very informative and very helpful. Definitely went above and beyond the level of service.
Not once did he ever hesitate to answer all my questions which was always a prompt and fast reply whenever I reached out. In addition the staff was also pleasant and polite and most of all super efficient!!! I was in and out so fast!
Top it all off their pricing was one of the best I’ve come across no gimmicks or hidden costs, fair and honest guys!
Well worth the hour and half drive I made!

The worst place to go for tires, very rude people and extremely dirty just don't go there, waste of time and money.
There is no excuse for being rude to your customers. I have three cars and I needed winter tires for all of them. I rather spend my money somewhere that I can trust.

Great place for tires! I found them thru Facebook marketplace and Jayden gave amazing options and quote for winter set. Went today intending to just drop a deposit but they were like "hey if u want to wait 30min, I can fit u in today after we finish these 2 cars". Hell ya. Such great fast service. I did quotes at many many other places and Taylor tire was hands down the best price. TPMS sensor, center caps, all-in, no hassle pricing. They gave best price right away that no one could beat.
Oh and I saw on the board that they only charge $45 for winter tires changeover if you have winters on separate rims! Can't beat that.

Cheapest prices compared to other places including Costco. Be prepared to wait a bit. Poor experience with being charged a 2.4% fee on the total when paying with a credit card, which is ridiculous on a purchase over $1000

Friendly staff, very fast service, good price! Would recommend. We had a flat tire, they took us in without any appt and that was fixed very quickly.

Changing to my winter tire yesterday and found out they have over torque my rear wheel (Bought two new rear tire from them in the summer)almost stripped the lug nut when I try to take them off. will not let them touch my car even if they offer to do it for free.
