I was recommended this shop by insurance for a no-fault of mine accident. Stanley was amazing in terms of communication, support and assessing the car. The repair process was super quick (5 days I believe) for my left front bumper, paint, lights, and more. And they even cleaned the interior of my car and washed the outside when I picked it up. The rental car was arranged as well for me very quickly. They also guarantee repairs when it's through insurance. I was really really happy with the work and would go back to them for other repairs if needed in the future. Thank you so much and would highly recommend!

Took my 2022 Subaru Outback as there was a lot damage to the rear bumper and side of the car. My contact Peter was very courteous and helpful. He promised to fix the car by a certain date and they delivered. Also they arranged for a rental car for a week while the car was being repaired. Excellent place and highly recommend.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Michael at Sunnyside Auto Ltd. Recently, I had the pleasure of bringing in my vehicle to have a broken side mirror repaired, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way.

Unfortunately, I was recommended to this shop by insurance.. never again. The director Joseph spoke to me in the most horrible manner (very asian grandpa). He does not show any care for customers. I did notice he felt slightly bad after I couldn't stop crying but that was the only emotion I saw from him. Yes, it was the holidays, yes, it was a busy time and yes, the staff assigned to my case had quit the same week my car was brought in for review. Regardless, you do not talk to your customers the way he did. I had to be the one to call after weeks of not hearing anything back on the delivery of parts. Once I finally got a response/confirmation that I can bring my car in before I had to leave the country, Joseph exclaimed that I shouldn't have brought my car in on a Friday because NO ONE BRINGS THEIR CAR IN ON A FRIDAY! to which I had to explain the person on the phone told me it was okay. Very very poor communication all around. Needless to say, Eric was a trooper for taking on my case (thank you!) but Joseph alone is a reason to not come back and I will not, peace.

Awful place. Indifferent staff. Service advisor, Jonathan, didn’t take my claim seriously. Followed up for 3 weeks on status of a part. Never heard back. By the time I tracked him down, he reluctantly confirmed they were in possession of shipped part, but he couldn’t even offer a reasonable time to book the appointment for repairs. If your car has minor damage they don’t want your business.
