Come here of you don’t mind waiting 10-15m just to drop off a Purolator or Fedex prepaid drop off. Ridiculous. They are so understaffed and slow.

We were helped by Mariel at the printing station. It was a very busy, she was the only employee there yet she served with professionalism helping multiple customers and juggling our orders.

The printing department staff Fora Lee was so helpful on our VISA photos. My son is 8 months old and it’s really not an easy task to take photos for baby but Fora was so patient and careful on helping us with the photos. Thank you Fora for your great job!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Staples that I feel needs to be addressed. When my printer jammed, the employee I encountered was unprofessional and rude. Instead of providing helpful assistance, she accused us of causing the defect. After a brief check, she discovered the real issue was simply that the paper had run out. This oversight and her unhelpful attitude were frustrating. For a company known for its customer service, it’s important to have staff who are not only skilled but also courteous and supportive. Such behavior reflects poorly on the store and detracts from the otherwise positive reputation Staples maintains.

You can't reach anyone when you call the store, the automated voice message gives options and if you press any it says "you have made an invalid selection"
How are you supposed to contact someone working at this Staples to check an inventory of the item or ask questions about it?

I always have a great experience at this specific location. Hamesh, a sales associate and is my goto. He always acts professionally going about his dey with a kind word to clients. just go on in and ask for him, I don't think you will regret it. Also, Raj, a cell phone representative is knowledgeable about all current cell phone plans. Raj is one of the coolest Rep I've come across to date. A warm thank you to you both.
