I had a great experience at this location. I found the Ugg Tasman shoe which has been sold out and hard to find anywhere..lt was somehow available at this location and this is only because the cashier (a young lady who was very helpful) bought it out and said it was on hold for someone and that I can buy it. I told her what if that person wants the shoes and she told me it was on hold for her and insisted that I buy it. I was so appreciative of her to look out for a customer in this way. Thank you so much for doing that and I really should have found out her name!

I highly recommended this location. Staff are very helpful, made me feel so comfortable, Natalie helped me for what I wanted, I have been this store a few times and always find something I like with the help of staff, especially Natalie, she is very know her job. keep up the good work.

This is by far the best SoftMoc store in Toronto and definitely my favorite. They have a great selection and the staff is incredible. Huge thanks to Rosie for her outstanding service today. She is super helpful and lovely! Highly recommend this location.

I recently bought from this Markville Location. Employees were super kind and friendly. Got the sizes I wanted to try, gave alternatives if they didn't have a certain pair in stock. One of the items I have bought (crocs) were the best purchase ive made. When I put them in sports mode, I move so much faster. Super comfortable and lightweight. Definitely recommend

I purchased flip flops for my son. Tag is on, he did not wear them, we have the receipt but we do not have the box. They will not give us a refund because we do not have the box. The service in the stores is poor, very few sales people to assist. It took us awhile to get help. My son has autism and now does not want to wear them. It bound down to a box. Very poor customer service.

Experience at the store was unpleasant specially the manager was rude and negligent of customer service in the presence of other staff members at the store consequently demonstrating the normalization of bad customer service. Misinformation was provided on return policies. I checked with customer care over the phone as well. Overall it was very awful.

Very bad service! The salespeople at this location are rude and unhelpful. You have to wait in this long line for the cashier just to get a size and line up again in the same line if you want to checkout. Meanwhile, there were at least two salespeople walking around the store yelling at people to line up at checkout, as they're unable to get a size for you. Also, this one salesperson accused me of putting the shoes everywhere and even had the nerve to tell me to push the shoes back on the shelf myself. Kind of shocking - I had to inform her the other shoes on the floor were not mine and the other customers were trying them on instead. Even if they were mine, that's not my job to do as I don't work here. Gave up and didn't end up making a purchase.

Shoes they sell are such poor quality, wore these shoes from them for 1 hour and the shoes were already scratched from normal wear. Went to the store and the store clerks were super rude and started making excuses for the poor quality of their shoes and accused us that we wore it outside and kicked it on stuff which didn't happen ... Never buying shoes from them ever again.

This place is the worst store ever. Very little staff and the one that are there need an education. Customer asked why the staff went from behind the counter to start putting shoes away when there was a long long lineup. The staff member (female) said “I need to get them out of my way and if you don’t like it Leave”. Very classy. So about 5 customers dropped their purchase and left. Us included. Doubt this place will be open much longer with this attitude.

Walked in to store at 5:45pm, 15 mins before closing time.I was told by the staff lady (R***e) that they wouldn't be able to grab sizes because they are closing.I picked a shoe that was of the size that I wanted and asked to give me second one of that and the lady refused to bring it. When I argued that I am not asking for different size I am only asking the second one of this she said she cannot get it, it's our policy, this time is for cleaning, wrapping up, we have staff shortage. When I asked I want to see the store manager, and she said she is the store manager.I saw 4 staff members but yet no one could grab a shoe.Why are the gates open to customer, close the shop if you don't want to sell. Don't waste our time.Walked 3 mins to nearby Sketchers, reached there at 5:55pm, asked for different sizes and glad customer service were amazing, even with 3 staff members they didn't give a lame excuse of closing.Here is the receipt, issued at 5:59pm, bought two pair of shoes. Learn something from Sketchers. Not only you lost this sale but also lost future business.I am sure the staff doesn't have capacity to refuse service to customer, you need to correct your policies and make it customer centric.

I visited this store today with my two children, and was pleased with the helpful staff and their cheerful demeanor. Even though the store was busy, they took the time to answer my questions and really helped me to ensure I made the right choice. My son is thrilled with his new back-to-school shoes!
