Upd. Dangerous chocolate due to possible salmonella. Found news about chocolate from this shop(not sure if it this), I felt unwell but don’t know if it’s related to this case, it was a few months ago. Hope mine bar was fine.
Never will come to this shop again.
Dubai chocolate for 10 dollars is totally looks not the same as on the picture, tastes not good - nothing special, contains a lot of artificial ingredients. It was my first try, will try to find another Dubai chocolate.

Misleading prices. The price on the shelf is not the actual price you pay at the counter. I was asked to provide my phone number to receive the shelf price and was charged more when I refused.

I visited in a busy Sunday afternoon and had the pleasure of being assisted by Sabrina. Although she was the only employee and there were many customers in store looking for her she remained calm and friendly at all times and made sure each and every one of us were acknowledged and helped. My daughters were delighted that she helped them pick great Sanrio blind bags as well. Thanks Sabrina, Showcase is lucky to have a kind and dedicated employee such as yourself! Hope you are recognized for the great work you do :)

Beware all Showcase businesses. I purchased an item online and returned it based on the return policy that was told to me by the store employee, who I asked when I was in there prior to buying the item. I returned the item to the store and now they are refusing to refund me. I have filed disputes with my credit card company and the customer support online has failed to provide me with their legal contact. Showcase has numerous 1-star reviews and they have endless F ratings across Canada with the BBB. They are not accredited.

They have lots of fun things which is great idea for gifts. My friends love to come here to get a few hobby items, but I can’t really find things I like to buy here.The staff that serve us that day was very enthusiastic and very polite.

Dumb Chinese lady accused me of stealing when I was just with my family looking at the dolls and I just moved one of them out of place and this lady fricking yells at me and tells me not to touch anything. She kept following us everywhere we went when there was so many other people. I do not recommend this place! It killed my entire mood. there was no reason to yell at me and accuse me of stealing based on the color of my skin.

Went here for the first time… The girls that work there don’t even acknowledge you when help is needed.. all I hear is them talking about their private lives.. this franchise is filled with cheap overpriced products that breakdown easily or just defective . Not to mention the scam of signing up just to get your high priced items that you can find at walmart. Dont waste your time here . Their refund policy is a joke.

Showcase is always a great place to pick up those nice things you see advertised on television that you don't want to send away for.I'm not going to condone the quality of their products since most of them are okay but there's also a lot of junk from the Orient. Showcase of course is pretty good at offering refunds for products that are defective or that don't meet your satisfaction one way or another but of course that also depends on the store in the manager. They have a tendency to change store managers like you and I change our socks. To give you an example I I bought a gel foam pillow from them within the last six months or so which was supposed to keep you cool as well as offering very good support for your neck and head. At first the pillow was cool but after 10 or 15 minutes of laying on it is heated up te defeating the whole purpose of why I bought it. Now the pillow cover is stained yellow which is the colour of the foam and I can't get the stain out no matter how hard I try so all I can tell you is caveat emptor. Buyer beware. In any case I got to bring this to the attention of the local store manager that I deal with to see what they can do for me. Wish me luck and to all of you out there good health and stay safe.

Small location. Two salespeople behind the counter, the one putting stock on the shelf said hello the one ringing up my items did not. The one ringing up my items proceeds to have a conversation with the other one. I tell her debit I'm waiting nothing is coming on the machine so I tell her she rudely says it's slow! And returns to her conversation, it comes up takes another minute for it to print my receipt. She hands me my receipt without saying a word. I say thank you have a nice day and nothing! This is not the store I usually go to but thought I'd check it out. I will not be back to this location.

I went to buy back support, the lady was very nice. ...just to sell the product, I asked her if I don't like it can I return. She said yes withen 30 days. But I went back after 5 days to return .she was rude and said it's final sail but it was not final sail and was not on sail ,she didn't take back and said that I can exchange it or take a credit. Nice welcome to sell But very rude when you go back for a return, I didn't exchange it because they don't have anything that I am interested to get, so be very careful and don't buy unless you are sure %100 that you will not go back to them.I will not recommend this store to anyone.
