Was just there for gas, credit card failed. Wondered why. No sign indicating, even went in to prepaid, waited long for the staff to help another customer buying snack. Then he said cash only.

THEY CHARGED ME DOUBLE, so I contacted them, and instead of reversing the payment, they told me to come back to their store to check and they hung up, and NEVER ANSWERS my call again. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BILL ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

Their automatic car wash service is terrible! The opening hours are from 6am to 12pm, but the staff often closes the automatic car wash service before 11PM and does not change the sign that the car wash service is closed, and keeps the car wash service open. I have encountered this terrible situation many times!

Always not ready to print receipt from the station. You have to go inside to get it. The owner may want you buy something while waiting for a receipt.

Just about a 1yr or so this shell location (16th ave and McCowan) management changed. They switched all gas pumps to prepay and customer service went bottom low. I am living in this neighborhood from last 10+ yrs and had this shell location as my primary gas station. But not anymore, I have stop going there only because I didn't like prepay approach. I fill up the tank so I don't know how much it will cast eventually. I ask them why did you change all pumps to prepay, rep respond someone didn't pay us the other night. What, every since you took over and people stop paying you, in my opinion this business is not for you than. Seems like previous management never had this issue and they were very polite and curtious every time. I have not change the brand (Shell), have no intension too but stop going to 16th and McCowan shell gas station from last 1 yr. Even if I have to go to stouffville I don't mind.

Gas station locks the door at 11pm and the cashier yells at customer when they want to order drinks through the takeout window. I thought we are in third-world country

Excellent service. Staff is cordial and polite. Elango gives an excellent customer service and goes an extra mile to keep the customer happy. Coffee is very tasty.
