It’s probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with Sephora. I recently ordered a same-day delivery order in which the products were picked up from this location. They messed up my order by labeling my name on the bag, but stapled a different receipt of another person’s item and delivered his/her product to me. I came to the store and they blamed on Uber’s driver fault, telling me to go home and contact them for help. I paid $373, what I got was a $30-40 product, and they expected me to go through the third party myself??!! What a worst customer service ever Sephora had. I have chatted with a representative advisor for assistance on their app and hopefully I will get my refund back. Definitely not recommending for anyone to choose same-day delivery method if you live close to this location.

Asked an associate if they had one of the birthday gifts, she said yes. I waited in line for 10 minutes for the cashier to say they didnt have any.

The service here is so unbelievable. The only person who helped me today (I was in there for 3 hours getting x-mas presents) was the Sephora security. BLESS that man, and please give him a raise!!

This location is poorly managed. I came with my mother to get foundation, we waited 20 minutes for one of the workers. We waited and waited until she was done with another customer, instead of helping us after she helped another customer who came into the store after us. She began helping the other customer and then asked us if we were waiting for her. We said yes and she told us we had to wait 2 minutes so she can help the person that came AFTER us. How does this make sense? We waited 10 minutes until I went to the supervisor who was on the floor. I told her what had happened and she was super dismissive of it. She walked away while I was speaking with her. She said the worker can’t tell a customer to wait to help another customer. That wasn’t even the situation, it’s not like we expected her to stop helping a customer to help us. The worker had no disregard.
The supervisor then brought us a worker who was a trainer and couldn’t help so we had to wait for someone else. The supervisor is rude and unprofessional. The quality of their customer service is at its worst now. The workers will walk by customers who need help and pretend they don’t see it. There is no sense of urgency here, there will only be 1-2 people at cash taking their sweet time chatting with each other while there is a long line up.
This location needs training. They do not know customer service at all. I will not be coming back here, the Sephora at STC is much better.

Today I was at Markville location, it took a while to see someone to help one of the girls was on her cell, I asked her to help me with perfumes, she was not helpful at all she said that wasn’t her section. Anyways the perfume Replica shelve was so disgusting dirty with so much dust, I never saw something like that. Please try to improve the situation it’s getting worse every day.

Going on a date tonight with a girl wayyy out of my league. I’m pulling out all the stops and tricks I know to present myself better, but I was fundamentally lacking in the fragrance department. Since my date always smells like a bouquet of roses, I figured I shouldn’t pick her up smelling like putrid garbage.
I dotted into Sephora on a whim because i heard they have men’s colognes, and was presented with a wall of choices. Kind of like that one scene in the Bee Movie where Barry has to pick his job. It was frankly overwhelming.
Then, like an angel, Prav swooped in to assist me. I told him the situation, I was a newbie, hoping that a good fragrance would finally help me bag this girl. Prav, understood the situation was dire, and guided me over to a few personal favourites of his. My nose was under a barrage of aromas, I’ve never smelt anything like it. It was sensory overload.
I took 5, and dove back in head first. I ended up going with the BOSS Bottled Elixir. A good middle ground of manliness and smelling like a sweet flower on a warm summer day.
Thank you Prav, Jeremy Fragrance ain’t got nothin on you. I will definitely be back for more fragrances, hopefully with a beautiful girl around my arm.

If you ever visit this store (Sephora Markville mall) ask for Walaa to help you. Best expert and customer service!!! I've never met such a helpful and knowledgeable beauty advisor and extremely nice person!

Normally I go to this place and I find really helpful employees, unlike this time, this was today October 12 at 1:30 pm, I was looking for something I asked one girl for help, she made it look like that she's on the phone with someone that I had to ask someone to come from the cash desk at this time that she was standing no customer to cash yet. I asked her about a perfume obviously she didn't want to work she told me oh we just have in the store for people to smell it and go order it online. I said that's weird. Went out of the store and back in thinking what a bad customer service these girls showed. A girl her name is Tina approached me and asked if I need help. I asked her about the perfume she just went inside and brought it and I was shocked how the other girl just told me it's only online. I was so happy to get the perfume that I forgot even to take their names. But yeah unless Tina was their to help these two employees were the worst examples for customer service that I would tell any one don't go there.

I got accused of stealing when I was purchasing two lipsticks here. Th employee went kept going on about how people kept stealing from the store?
I think I was racially/sexually profiled idk maybe becuase I was wearing a baseball cap? Wish I got the surveilence tape. I should have returned the lipsticks lol.
I'm never shopping there again... not having that happen again.

I don’t usually write a review, but I was pretty impressed by the service at this branch, and wanted to thank Sun Ju.
I have been served by this lovely Korean lady name Sun Ju, she was very friendly and lovely, Tried to help me with my skin care and lots more. Her suggestion was excellent and I have been using the products she recommended and I love it so much! I will definitely go back to this location to get more recommendations from her. She gave me a sample to try one of the skin care I was doubting to buy, and it is great so I am going to buy the eye cream she suggested soon! 👍
