AVOID getting the hydrafacial at this location. Walaa E who did my hydrafacial was very pushy trying to sell me the products that were used during the facial. I had told her twice that I will think about the products and she still insisted that I buy the products and it would be double the points since it's bought together with facial. I ended up buying 3/7 products so she would stop talking and returned it at a different location. Also, the points did not double so she lied about that.Their setup was also not as good compared to Sephora STC. The chairs don't recline and they make you clean your face yourself. If you're interested in trying the hydrafacial, it's good for the price but don't get it here.

Sephora is one of my favourite stores due to them having a nice collection of niche fragrances and the quality of the store.This one specifically was very dirty, unorganized, empty shelves, dusty, very basic and whatever collection of fragrances.Definitely needs a day dedicated to cleaning.

I m glad that i bought the product i want but the shopping experience was so bad. There was no sample for the one i want and the products are disorganized and dusty. One of the staff called Sona came to me said in a angry tone 'Excuse me! You are not suppose to open the product!' She could remind customers in a polite way. BAD service.

Lily helped me today. She was friendly and very helpful, I don't know very much about makeup, but she helped me pick out things for my lips and helped me understand the difference between stains and liquid lipstick! LOL

Called in for the Dior Birthday set and made sure to double check for me! They even informed me to come by quickly as they didn’t have a lot, so I went and picked it up! Thanks for helping me out

Came to find a right foundation shade and brand. Special thanks to Rachael !!! she is patient, friendly, kind, and honest throughout the whole time. She helped me pick from Estée Lauder , Armani, and Dior. I am glad we found right colour shade for me in the end , from EL and Armani. She made the overwhelming foundation hunting experience much more enjoyable :)

Great staff and one of my favorite stores. They have EVERYTHING! I am a recent makeup enthusiast and not only is the staff helpful but they are very knowledgeable about the products they house and there are a lot of products and brands in this store. To the point that it can feel overwhelming without their expert advice.

Was hoping to get help in choosing a lipstick. Was basically taken to an aisle and told I could look there and the person disappeared. Nobody came to help me and eventually, I simply left.

I went there twice, first time was asking question for myself, and they were very helpful to find the best for me. Second time, I took my daughter to visit the store and bought quite a few basic make up stuffs, and they were also very helpful in answering questions, giving advices and the most important thing is: they won’t push you to buy the most expensive brand, they gave you different options for the same result for the make up.

Bad customer service! I order online and picked up in store, ask for gift packages or any tissues and all been refused with bad attitude. OkayIf there is no more service like this the stuff can explain but not show your bad attitude to customer! Don’t show your face to customer! The main company really should focus on this, now I can understand why more people prefer purchase with Nordstrom,HR or Saks! Good luck Sephora!
