Great customer service and company!My daughter ordered some books from scholastic but the delivery company lost her package, they said they delivered it but we never received it ? and my daughter was so disappointed and sad?. So we contacted scholastic customer service and after doing their investigations they sent us a replacement package. Thank you SCHOLASTIC.

I missed a delivery and my books were sent back to scholastic. I called and they sent out another order the same day for free! The best customer service I've ever had. Great job Scholastic!

They are genuinely very good with their customer service.I messed up an order and thought I had ordered something different.Low and behold it was actually MY mistake and not theirs.They rectified it still though, and sent me two replacement books at no cost!Even though I am the one who ordered the wrong book and thought it was something else.Very good customer service. 10/10 will be purchasing again in the near future !They have a wide variety of books, supplies, and activities for your children to enjoy, learn, and create.
