Came here to look for a jumpsuit after having a bad experience at another store in the mall.
The sales associate was so helpful, encouraged me to try on a few items I was unsure about, but they worked out wonderfully! Out of everything that I tried in the change room only 2 items were not purchased.
Thank you RW&Co for making me feel comfortable and confident.

Came in today to buy some clothes for a formal work function. Was initially very stressed to be picking clothes for this event but Lisa/Leena(?) Chen was extremely helpful with providing suggestions/input and made my shopping experience so much better. Amazing customer service. Sorry I forgot your first name already Ms.Chen, but I am glad you were working today.

Went to do a return at this store since I am planning to visit the mall. They had trouble doing a return as system is not showing for online item. Instead of figuring out, they came to conclusion that it's a final sale item despite the amount is not ending in .97 cents.Email online customer support which confirm that this can be return in store and it's not a final sale product.Terrible store level service but great online customer support.

Mira at Markville mall really catered to my needs. Usually I don't shop at RW&CO, but she made my experience pleasant. Her selection of ideas is what made me purchase what I really love. She was so kind and she even left the change room to really show me some great pieces that would look great on me. Being plus sized, it always takes longer and some stores they don't help you or nothing comes in your size. Mira assured me things would fit and kept encouraging me and completely understood what I was looking for! Thank you for all the help!

I didn’t really find what I needed but Jason left me a great experience to appreciate. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very honest which is needed in more stores! I absolutely loved it.
