I've been here a few times and have bought a bunch of runners, hiking shoes and Oofle slides for myself and my family. But over the weekend it was something I did not expect. However, in the past it was the young employees that helped us and were very friendly. I shop here not for the pricing, more convenience of not parking in a mall. After receiving their emails of their sale, I brought my son in to buy another New Balance. It was busy and only had 2 staff (one was an older man that was extremely rude). He may have been the owner possibly, as he's always there in the past with a frowny face, but never assisted us. I went in my beach sandals and shirt and shorts as my son's the one who needs the runners (I figured in and out). Well, I asked if there were more NB choices then 2 or 3 options as he's walking by? The man looked at me and my sandals and my son and walked away to help someone else without even saying a word. If busy, retails stores usually say, "I'm with someone, would you mind waiting". The implications by your look, how extremely rude. Never will I come shop there again. I will definitely block your emails. I regret buying past shoes with you. I'll head to the malls...better service and pricing.

This is an amazing store for runners! Bought a Salomon hydration vest and wanted to exchange it for a different size. Staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable; they made sure I had the right fit.
Looking forward to coming back in the upcoming months for a new pair of running shoes! :)

Spontaneously decided to stop by and I could not be more pleased. John was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and kind, and helped analyze my gait to pick a pair of shoes that I am very happy with. I'll definitely be back!

TL;DR: Fantastic service, delivered quickly on short time line. They had the exact product I wanted at good prices. HIGHLY recommend.
I was searching for a pair of mid-distance track shoes with less than a week to get them in. After searching the big box stores, with nothing in stock that could meet the delivery timelines I found Running Free.
Their shipping timelines were already fast, and I added a note explaining my situation and asked for them for anything they could do to get me the shoes quickly. They were shipped out less than 24 hours and I received the day after by noon. From the time I ordered them to the time I received them, it was less than 48 hours.
Highly recommend supporting Running Free, and I'll be looking here first going forward.

Just had a shoe fitting with Eric.
Really helped me figure out the type of shoe I was looking for. For context, I’ve been running with Hoka Mach 5’s which have been giving me hot spots on the arches of my feet due to the narrow shoe width.
Eric was resourceful in the shoes he found and ultimately ordered the Clifton 9 Wides for me in white (store didn’t have stock of the colour I wanted).
I’ll definitely be back when those come in.

They have a great collection of shoes for sports lovers, including rare finds like Hoka series shoes. Despite high prices, the clean environment and flawless transaction make it a worthwhile visit.
