Sidney is very friendly and professional, helping me choose the right items, just like many years ago. He speaks Mandarin very well. The other staff are also very good, and every shopping experience is great.

Rarely write reviews but this was such a horrible experience and time waste. I doubt anyone will care because it’s a hardware store. But hopefully this feedback helps them improve. Was sent to this store by a Rona+ to return some items. No customer service/kindness, for sure compared to other Ronas at least. The store is very outdated system wise and doing a simple return/store credit took over 45 mins and nothing ended up happening at the end. This store stands alone and doesn’t accept responsibility as being apart of a larger Rona umbrella it seems. Helen, the manager, does not have any customer service skills, seems mainly good at reading a rulebook and that’s that. Her judgement seem very anti-customer and accusatory as well. Fuad, the other manager, is just incredibly rude and run by emotions. For a store credit after just meeting me and having a story recited by Khadija (seems she got frustrated as well, but I don’t blame her, though one line she said to me was a bit snappy) an employee, he basically told me to F off without actually swearing. Not fit to be a manager of this type of store. I appreciate the mom and pops and smaller stores but hope this one gets the funding to become a Rona+ because that might help it revamp to become a truly customer centric store. I was very kind and restrained showing any anger or being rude the whole time, but was treated like a criminal. Disappointed as I used to come to this Rona growing up and it’s surely gone to the wayside.

Being here for many times. The stuffs here are very helpful and patient. Very appreciate for Bharat and the gentle man who are responsible for the paint department, they are knowledgeable and willing to help people.

They do not answer the phone. They do not return voicemail. They do not reply to emails. Great customer service in-person only.

Came here to return some cinder blocks. Small cost item but very heavy. Mary at the front desk was difficult and condescending not allowing the return because they don't have any in stock. Not sure why they were so die hard in not allowing a $50 return but they even went as far to print out the fine print of their return policy saying some exceptions may apply. Lol. In the end the store manager Paul accepted the return but a incredibly unnecessary and poor customer experience. Will be rethinking my relationship with Rona moving forward.

I had some doubt that they be able to cut a shelving boar, according to my project, with few vertical and horizontal cuts. Completely satisfied with result. Thanks to Tyler for good job.
