JIM, the owner, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, & WELL EDUCATED, on the ins, & outs, of EVERYTHING 4 x 4! A no nonsense guy, who's opinion, is MORE than acceptional, when dealing with your vehicle. I appreciated his PROFESSIONAL opinion, when I came in for a front bumper & winch installation on my 2020 Chevrolet ZR2!MARTIN, his employee, ALSO, a Colorado owner, who did ALL of the "*MORE THAN (just) ACCEPTIONAL WORK*" on my ZR2, was very courteous, & EXTREMELY patient, & attentive, to ALL of my input, & he took the time to hear me out, & explained to me, what needed to be explained, & offered me options, even AFTER the work was completed!I'm "*MOST DEFINITELY*", a MORE THAN just satisfied customer, & I will ABSOLUTELY return, for more work to be done, to my ZR2 in the near future!Anyone who needs a very reliable, reputable, shop, to do pretty much, ANY type of 4 x 4 work, will be referred to ROCK SPIDER 4x4 by myself,Well done JIM, and MARTIN!To Jim's wife, I apologize for folding my deposit!(LOL)Mr. O. I had an axle seal leak (front) and an abs light on (2013 JK). Arranged service with Jim and brought my Jeep in Oct 28/22. Martin replaced both axle seals and installed a new bearing and sensor cable to fix abs issue.Martin is very good. He answered every question I had and explained why I should not go to Mickey Mouse Mechanics for Jeep issues. I was impressed with the cleaning and making my Diff Cover look brand new.I must say this is the place for Jeep 4x4 issues. I will definitely be returning if and when I need anything.
