JIM, the owner, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, & WELL EDUCATED, on the ins, & outs, of EVERYTHING 4 x 4! A no nonsense guy, who's opinion, is MORE than acceptional, when dealing with your vehicle. I appreciated his PROFESSIONAL opinion, when I came in for a front bumper & winch installation on my 2020 Chevrolet ZR2!MARTIN, his employee, ALSO, a Colorado owner, who did ALL of the "*MORE THAN (just) ACCEPTIONAL WORK*" on my ZR2, was very courteous, & EXTREMELY patient, & attentive, to ALL of my input, & he took the time to hear me out, & explained to me, what needed to be explained, & offered me options, even AFTER the work was completed!I'm "*MOST DEFINITELY*", a MORE THAN just satisfied customer, & I will ABSOLUTELY return, for more work to be done, to my ZR2 in the near future!Anyone who needs a very reliable, reputable, shop, to do pretty much, ANY type of 4 x 4 work, will be referred to ROCK SPIDER 4x4 by myself,Well done JIM, and MARTIN!To Jim's wife, I apologize for folding my deposit!(LOL)Mr. O. I had an axle seal leak (front) and an abs light on (2013 JK). Arranged service with Jim and brought my Jeep in Oct 28/22. Martin replaced both axle seals and installed a new bearing and sensor cable to fix abs issue.Martin is very good. He answered every question I had and explained why I should not go to Mickey Mouse Mechanics for Jeep issues. I was impressed with the cleaning and making my Diff Cover look brand new.I must say this is the place for Jeep 4x4 issues. I will definitely be returning if and when I need anything. Jim and Martin are very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to lift kit installations. They recently performed a 4 inch zone lift kit on my 2022 ram rebel . The truck drives perfect and Jim and martin did an amazing job. Definitely recommend this shop to any one. Vehicles are not cheap and you need to put your trust into a company that knows what there doing. This is the place to go

Jim and his staff know their stuff about jeeps. Any 4x4 issues or upgrades bring your Jeep to them!! They helped us revive a 2001 TJ and it runs beautiful now

Got Jim to regear my jeep to 4.56 these guys are awesome to talk with about what you need, Very knowledgeable. I'm super happy with my jeep it was money well spent. Rock spyder is the only shop I'll being my jeep to and their 2 hours away from me so that says a lot. 100% recommend. Thank you for your great work!

It’s rare to find a shop as honest as Jim and his mechanic. Had some suspension components and other repairs done on my Jeep JKU and they did a great job at a fair price. Went above and beyond and addressed a couple of issues I’d been unaware about and other shops I’d been to recently didn’t take the time to point out. Jim and Martin at Rock Spyder are awesome! Planned on upgrading JKU gearing after moving up to 37s. A great deal of emails with questions later and I settled on 4:88s. Since it was all apart, also decided on sleeves, "C" gussets, fix a bad speed sensor and last minute new TF ball joints.Only 3 days in the shop and it worked out great. They painted up the gussets to look factory. Still breaking in the new gears, but it drives like a new Jeep! I'll be back next time I have an issue that is beyond my YouTube mechanic license.
