Mohamad is a dishonest person. Please don't get suckered by his sweet talk.
I got my landscaping (hard and soft scape and garden lights) done by this company. Total cost was for well over $50,000. Initially, Mohammad was good and his work also seemed good but after a few months things started falling apart. The lights are not working any more and the hardscape in now uneven. The backyard gate he has no latch and the gate is now sagging. I've been calling him for the past one year and every week he tells me he is very busy but will come next week for sure. He did come a few times but did no worthwhile work - just promised to come back soon. Not only that, he took $3,000 advance to order grills for window wells. That was July 2023. He has not delivered the product. I initially just accepted his explanation after a year when I started asking him to either deliver the product or return the money he has stopped answering the phone. Please note that he is more expensive than most and his work is also sub par. I got suckered with his promise of quality work. Since I was duped by him, I am putting this review so that someone is saved of the same fate. I would recommend that to avoid this man completely. He cheated another person I had unfortunately recommended him to.

Just recently had Mohamad and his team do some exterior interlock for us. He was a pleasure to work with and kept me updated not only on his start date but the progression and estimated deadlines throughout the project. He offered useful designs and ideas that we ended up utilizing for our project. His team was professional, polite, as well as near tidy.
Would HIGHLY recommend! 10/10

1. His work quality is below average
2. He recently did perform exterior interlock and landscaping for us
3. The job is not neat
4. I compared his price with others and he charges 30 percent more than others
5. He keep asking for money while he is not done yet
6. His interlocking and flagstone skill is 3/10
7. He perform clumsy work and is not able to
Fix it
8. He did interlock for our driveway and none are leveled
9. He performed flag stone for our porch and it is very dirty uneven and grout is very clumsy
10. His team’s trees trimming skills are questionable
11. Over all his work and pricing 3/10 which is below the average

The owner is a scammer, liar and fraud. Dont trust him. Dont take him for his word. Selfish! He will lie again and again to your face with no shame.

We were extremely happy and satisfied with the final product of our backyards interlock installation. The job was completed as requested and we were given many suggestions of different colours and designs before proceeding with the job. Would definitely work with Ramada Landscaping again and would highly recommend them.
