Worst car wash experience. Venky the convenience store worker refused to provide any assistance when the system directed me to the in-store attendant. We showed him the seasonal pass but he refused to even take a glance and said he cannot do anything when we were holding up the line in front of 10 cars… He straight up said “you’re not listening I cannot help” with the most disrespectful tone. Not sure why Petro Canada hires someone who’s not willing to provide any assistance for a customer facing role…

I refueled at around 23:10 on June 10th.
I didn't get a receipt from the gas pump, so I went into the store, and a man greeted me kindly. Before I could ask, he knew I needed a receipt and immediately gave me a receipt. Thank you for the kind service.

Long wait then had a problem with the app check into the car wash there. Receptionist wouldn’t try to help at all. Don’t bother going there.

Never have any paper at the most of their pumps to print out the receipt. They make you walk inside and get it. I have reported to them many times and they just come up with different excuses.

Touchless car wash service .Car wash is good the only thing is that there will be a long que always for the car washing
When compared to soft cloth touchless car washing posess is really good
If you are in a rush this is not recommeded because you should wait in the line for more than 45 minutes
Its just 3 km away from the newdelhi drive where petrocanda have another toucless option.
try to go in the early morning thats the only time you can wash the car without a rush

Car wash was good except there is always a line up. Approx 5-6 mins per car. My car is usually very clean after wash in this location. There is no track in this wash and is touch free. Just drive in and stop when it says stop. U can wash your car using phone app or actual card. Location is convenient!

I recharged my wash & go card and went to this station and card didn't work,. The English as a second language attendant would not come out and solve the problem so a line up of 10 cars had to back up while I removed myself from the line. Worthless and lowest possible customer service. GO TO ESSO everyone
