Customer service at this location was terrible. My dad visited the location to pump gas and the man working on June 22 at approx. 10:20pm at the gas station was very disrespectful when speaking. It is very disappointing to experience this type of service. They really need to teach people working at this gas station how to talk to customers.

I have a season pass today I went to wash my car , it wasn’t wash properly. I went in Sind and complained, they gave me a 2nd pass. I washed immediately that was also not properly done.

I fill up at this location for most of the time. It’s alright for what it is, although there’s something weird and annoying about the pumps at this location. Majority of the pumps you either have to pay at the pump, or you have to go inside to pay first before pumping. I prefer the old fashioned way, and just pay the clerk after pumping my gas.
There are only a couple of pumps that allow you to do it the old fashioned way, and the rest is what I said from above. It’s confusing as to why the gas station doesn’t just convert the remaining two gas pumps into the rest of the ones that require you to pay first before filling up. I literally don’t understand that concept, you may as well just make all the pumps the same payment method. It’s really odd.

Worst customer service. 0 star if option was available!!! Was the 1st in line... to buy a lottery ticket and was told that I had to wait on the side so he can service the other 2nd or 3rd customer because they are getting gas or buying chips or gift card. If you are not going to provide service for people buying lottery, why do u have it available at the station. I was told it was a rule. If it is a rule post it so that customer don't go there to buy lottery tickets or waste their time lining up!

I go to this gas station very often to fill the gas, employees are very friendly, the gas price is updated on time, but its one of the worst petro Canada gas station in Markham, most of the time after 9:30PM system down, Lottery machine down, only in this gas station while other gas stations system are working. Always ask to wait for 30 minutes restart the system.

I just went to the gas station at 2:30 and the new brown guy who is clueless is not opening the door and saying “sorry were closed” it’s never closed at night and why are you there if it’s closed. He blocked customers from coming in shame on him. He should be fired immediately this is unacceptable
