My doggy friend had some skin allergies and we had a medical note from the vet that they were fine to be groomed as usual, but Petsmart began aggressively denying him service. I was told my a friend to try a privatized salon and I found Guau grooming who put me at ease. My dog was comfortable visiting Guau salon and came out looking so sweet and healthy. I was so happy that we found a place that we could trust with the care of our best friend. Thank you again for your help!

A lot of the low ratings are from people who don't understand the importance of ruling out other ailments with baseline information like bloodwork. I really appreciate that he does it because a lot of other vets will skip steps to make it more affordable. I really recommend Dr. Cliff and his staff. Every single person I spoke to was extremely knowledgable and it made me feel comfortable knowing the entire staff cares.

She provided us with invaluable advice about dogs and has helped us become better pet owners. Her and her staff provide exceptional care and a fun environment for our dogs. There is no other place in Markham I would trust with our current dogs Kobe and Pepper.
