I order a pizza at 8:47 for delivery. It didn't arrive until 10:03. The pizza was cold and like cardboard. I will not order or pick up from there again. There excuse was it's busy that is why it takes so long. Our address is two intersections away from the restaurant just down the street. Less then 10 mins away. Epic fail.

Illiterate staff. One of the worst papa john’s i have seen. I ordered a cheese pizza and got the pepperoni pizza. After the first bite i realized there’s something wrong and i got to know they gave me pepperoni pizza. Didn’t even gave me refund for the mistake they did. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Friendly staff. Pizza is decent, though it could offer more toppings.
Parking: Parking lot is tight and small, but thankfully this place is in & out takeout.

Received an undercooked pizza. Manager was not helpful and very rude. Did not rectify the situation. Will not be ordering from them again.

We ordered 2 boxes of pizza and one of the pizza had all the cheese slide out to one side. We called them and they said to come back they'll look at the pizza and give us another one. When I went back, the girl at the counter said she's the one that cut it and no way this could've been their mistake. She was absolutely rude and did not take responsibility. I wasn't asking for my money back. Do not blame the customers. She first blamed the driving well how did one pizza come out good and the other bad, same car, she just didn't cook one pizza properly allowing the cheese to stick. We didn't even take a single slice from the messed up pizza, so what do I gain from going back to the store wasting my time and gas?At the end I walked out and left the pizza, as I didn't want to hear the attitude coming from the young lady.

We just discovered papa John's and absolutely love it. Our last 4 pizza orders have been from here. First 3 times we picked up our order and it was great. No issues. 4th time we ordered for delivery and although the quality of the food was still good. We waited for over 45 minutes for the delivery. Found the wait time very long, especially for just one pizza.
