Great selection of gunpla models, anime figures and nendoroids. Very friendly staff. The store has a collector point system to save money on future purchases once you accumulate enough points.

The delivery was very quick, 2 days. But most importantly, all the model kit boxes came delivered in pristine condition. Very very happy. Definitely will order from Panda Hobby again.

Wide range of gundams available, but priced very high compared to other Canadian retailers. Very unforgiving and strict return policy. Buyers beware.

Panda hobby is great for anime, car, and gunplay model kits. It also anime figures and collectables. Lots of model kits building told and accessories as well.

Nice organized place... price is average as but still more the some of the other place I shop for my anime and gundam models... but a nice place to visit to see what is new... it have a good selection of anime models and gundam and others models brand as well.. I always come back to thier shop to see what is new and the one of the staff there is very, I mean very helpful and knowledgeable on all that they carry.. that is why I gave them a 5 start, there customer service was great... even if I didn't buy anything the still show show me great service and provide me alot of information on thier products that they carry. Love that about shop like these that have outstanding service and products selection..

This place sells models at a reasonable price. Black Friday deals are nice. Love they have two locations: Markham and Mississauga. People there are so nice and easy to deal with. The website and online purchasing system are easy to use. The online purchase is default to Markham location pick up and you can put an order to transfer to Mississauga. It is a pleasure to spend time there to see the new inventory, talk to the people there to exchange experiences and ask for advice.

Super helpful and kind staff, always willing to help out if needed. The store is now massive and sells anime figures which doesn’t help my wallet. And the fact you can rent out a space to build your gundams in such a cool idea!

Their new Markham location is bright and spacious. It makes you feel welcomed.The price is fair, though popular kits tend to run out of stock fast.
