Picking up this order was the first time I had been to the Markham location, and just like the Mississauga location, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the selection was outstanding and all of it well organized so finding what you were interested in by franchise, grade, general product line was easy. There was a wide selection of waterslide decals, tools and custom parts for anyone looking to dip into the customization side of the hobby.
While it might be hard for me to make it back to this location, I would highly recommend you give them a visit for any of your scale modeling/ hobby needs.

Service and product knowledge very good, but be very careful what you order because they are extremely strict on return policies and virtually nothing can be exchanged or returned!

New location is more organized! Lot’s of more model kits aside from Gunpla. The build area is a great addition! Everyone there is so friendly

I pre-ordered his items online based on the boss's suggestion. I wanted to go to the store to pick up the goods in person while I was in Canada (it was an online shopping option from another store), but when I came to pick up the goods, I found that their store had been closed for a week. I tried to contact the store by phone and email, but I couldn't get in touch. It's like the world has evaporated.

It's got all the old school Gundams! And prices are fairly reasonable for the normal models, even compared with Japan.

Friendly staff and prices that makes sense. Talked to two 3 of the staff members and they were all very very nice. Prices aren't unnecessarily high like some other places similar to here. Would go back here again 10/10.

My first visit there this afternoon. Great selections at reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and helpful and most importantly stress-free. Spent 10 minutes there and walked out happy with purchase. Will come again soon.
