Lucie was awesome…in terms of service…came in to look at the udelexe and udivine v2….she explained everything. Even though she is on vacation now, she still keeps in touch to answer any questions in a timely manner. Ended up buying the udivine v2….i would totally recommend her or anyone else at Osim Markville mall
