This place is really exceptional! I had to pick the tile for 3 different bathrooms. I had been to many different tile store and always felt a little overwhelmed. I would find one or two tiles I liked and getting samples was changing.
Someone recommended Ontario Tile and Wow! I picked out all my tiles in one visit and I felt excited about my choices!
She has an incredible selection. She knows her inventory well and made samples easy!!!
I got my order in a week and the service has been great!
I will tell anyone how will listen! Go to Ontario Tile FIRST!

This is by far the best tile store! I searched all over the GTA and Ontario tile had the best selection by far.
Roberta was so helpful and knowledgeable, she spent so much time with me helping select the perfect tile for each space. We bought everything we needed for our new build here!

I sourced the tile for our entire new build from Ontario Tile and had a fantastic experience. Well run, family owned business. Nancy was very helpful in curating options using her knowledge of colours; her recommendations helped to translate my inspirations photos into a purchase order.Tip: try coming on a weekday to shorten wait times.

I have to give a 5 star review to Ontario Tile! I recently purchased some tiles from them for a shower renovation (which looks awesome!) and the entire team was terrific. I wound up having some last minute changes to the timing of my renovation and they moved mountains to get me the tiles I needed in time so my project could stay on track. I was very impressed with their personal service and efforts to help when I needed it. I would highly recommend this company!

I was very nervous about selecting the tile for 2 bathrooms. I had visited several showrooms in Toronto (several times) but could not select the tiles. The “foreverness” of tile was paralyzing. I dropped into Ontario Tile and I am so glad that I did! Thanks so much to Nancy and Roberta for your knowledge and mountains of patience! Your friendliness and expert eyes for colour and design made me feel comfortable with my selections and they’ve turned out beautifully! We had an amazing shopping experience at Ontario Tile. Location is great for people living in Richmond Hill and Markham area. We visited several showrooms in search of the right tiles. We finally found exactly what we needed at a very decent price, and the selection is quite impressive. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff. Special thanks to Roberta, she taught us how to measure how much sq ft we need because we are using the 2x4 tile. Highly recommended!

The lady owner knew her tiles and even try to help us match the tiles with our vanity. The layout of the different tiles were well grouped, which made everything easy to coordinate and to be found. Great service and tiles shipped and delivered to my house in excellent condition. Driver who delivered tiles was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this place.
