“On Saturday February 10, 2024, I called the 910 Sheppard Ave West location and learned that I could get my battery changed at that location. I went there, waited in line for a short time and efficiently had my battery changed out for a new one. Then my car (an older car) wouldn't start. It appeared that their was trouble with the ignition. The Asst Mgr Rovin Mohabir came to my aid and suggested I take a seat in the waiting room as he had to finish with another customer's headlight and then he would look at my ignition. A several minutes and much to my delight, Rovin got the key to work in the ignition, starting the car ! I left a very satisfied customer. Thanks to Rovin's great efforts and the high level of service from his team ! I will be back for my oil change next month.”

“Had a good experience getting my oil changed here didn’t take too long, it was a hot day and as I was waiting in the truck the manager came out and gave everyone cold water bottles, Much appreciated!”
