“On Saturday February 10, 2024, I called the 910 Sheppard Ave West location and learned that I could get my battery changed at that location. I went there, waited in line for a short time and efficiently had my battery changed out for a new one. Then my car (an older car) wouldn't start. It appeared that their was trouble with the ignition. The Asst Mgr Rovin Mohabir came to my aid and suggested I take a seat in the waiting room as he had to finish with another customer's headlight and then he would look at my ignition. A several minutes and much to my delight, Rovin got the key to work in the ignition, starting the car ! I left a very satisfied customer. Thanks to Rovin's great efforts and the high level of service from his team ! I will be back for my oil change next month.”

“Had an oil change on February 21, 2024 and had a great experience from the time I entered until I left. I was offered coffee or water upon entry and the oil change was quick and included an interior vacuum. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.”
