I called the store to find the dress I need for my event this coming Saturday, Nov 16. Jessica Yan gladly put the dress on hold for me and when I went to pick up the, Jess assisted me in trying on the black off shoulder maxi dress, Jess even helped me find the right earrings that goes with the dress. Jess is a "gem", such a wonderful experience shopping at O+F Markville. The store is very clean and clothes are neatly arranged, the merchandise are beautiful and reasonably priced. The Manager and sales staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Will be back for sure. Thanks Jess.

My friend and I went here yesterday on a mission to buy some cute and cozy sweaters. Michelle and Flora were absolutely amazing!!! They quickly got us a room to try on our picks and even brought more items that they thought would look great on us. They were both so nice and hyped us up every time we tried something on. We came out with a bit of a dent in our wallets, but with the cutest sweaters ever! I’ve been to so many O+F locations but this has been my favourite experience thus far. Thank you girls! I will definitely be back!!!

I had the pleasure of shopping at this Oak + Fort yesterday evening and I was pleasantly assisted by Jess (Sales Associate) and Michelle (Store Manager). These two were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout. They were eager to assist and chose specific pieces for me to try on that genuinely fit my style. They were also able to recommend different pieces I could style my set with which turned out to be perfect! Upon checkout, Michelle noticed that the top portion of my set was not an exact colour match (although my friend and I did not notice as they were so similar). Michelle was able to find the exact colour match top and size. I truly appreciate that customer service aspect because I feel like sometimes that can get disregarded. However, I can see the quality of care they have for their customers to ensure they come home happy with their purchases! Thank you Jess and Michelle! I'll definitely be back again when I'm in the area!

I bought a dress for a formal event 2 weeks ago, Michelle (manager) was so helpful and friendly! I arrived 5mins before closing time and obviously was needing some help and she was right there all accommodating! Thank you so much, Michelle!

I love the styles the quality and look of the clothes there. Last few months I bought few peices from the brand that I love, my daughter bought me a birthday present and mailed it to me the size was too big. After few times back and forth the store managers were so rude and refused to change the size although I didn’t even tried it because I knew it’s too big and the tag and package was there and not even opened. I was not happy with the customer service and will not buy from them and do not suggest them to anyone. Worse customer service ever.

Outstanding service! My mom and I came in to look for pants and sweaters, and Michelle (store manager) kindly greeted us as soon as we stepped in. She was extremely knowledgeable about her products and went above and beyond to show us other styles/colours. Jasmine was also super helpful and showed us additional options & gave us lots of time and space to try things on. Thank you Michelle and Jasmine for making our shopping experience so seamless and enjoyable! We will be back again soon :)

Best oak+fort location! Upon entering I was greeted by Jessica and she made my shopping experience so easy and fun. She gave me some excellent pieces to try and they all looked so good. Fitting rooms also a 10/10 very nice and clean. Prices are also fair for the quality u get :) would recommend.

Wanted to share the great experience I had at the oak and fort location while looking for a gift for my girlfriend. Ishita helped me picked a chic yet comfy outfit for my girlfriend which she ended up loving. This time I am going to take my girlfriend to shop with me to the location for the great service, quality clothes and knowledgeable staff.
