I bought a laser projector from this store. Very responsive customer service on the phone to let me know they had stock available. Best price I can find locally. The owners of the store were very nice and were more than happy to show me a demo of the projector before purchasing. Lots of super cool gadgets that my daughter liked. Quite possibly the best mom and pop store I have ever purchased from. Highly recommend.

The store is small, but once you enter, you won’t want to leave. Both boys and girls are fascinated by this treasure boutique that combines thoughtfulness, sophistication, cuteness and practicality. If you are looking for gifts in the future or want to enhance the atmosphere at home, this is a good choice.

Installed a dash camera today, the staff was super friendly and patient, went through the everything with me and my partner step by step, also didn’t mind if I watched him installing the whole time. I believe their price with installation fee is unbeatable, not to mention they were super nice. Highly recommended!

Cute little shop filled with interesting items and gadgets. Great for unique gift ideas. Staff is very friendly, and did free gift wrapping.

Only knew of this store since I worked nearby in the same building. It is such a cute little shop with lots of knick knacks and lots of cute gift options! I've made several purchases since I discovered this place and their service has always been kind, friendly and helpful. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews about this place. It is definitely a place to check out when you're looking for gifts annnd the PLUS is that they provide gift wrapping & a gift bag during the X'mas season! (correct me if I'm wrong and that they do it during the year too?) I recently picked up a few things here and they were all neatly and meticulously wrapped up, placed in a nice little gift bag with some gift paper on top. Their products always change and it is never the same. I can't say so for the electronics because I don't usually browse in that section but for sure the knick knacks and little gifts change as I've went back often just to see what's new and different. Definitely will be a place I return to when I am in need of some gift ideas and if you're in the area/live nearby, swing by this place too!

Highly recommend this store! All kinds of useful electronic items and unique/cute decor. Perfect for the home or gifting. The owners are really kind and helpful and we felt relaxed browsing all the items inside. Prices are really reasonable and there's a free membership program. We will be back ☺️

Such a lovely electronics boutique store! I went in to grab some last minute gifts for a friend and was amazed with their product collection. The staff were very warm and friendly. They offered free gift wrapping at no additional charge. Will definitely come back for xmas shopping XD

I absolutely love this store. I am a big fan of Xiaomi Products and they have a wide range of said brand.1. The owners of Novel are always bringing in new cool little gadgets. So every time I go in there it's like a new little treasure hunt to find the next cool thing. I love it!2. Speaking of the owners, SUPER KIND PEOPLE! They are so polite, such great souls. They really make you feel welcomed upon arrival. Which is really interesting as this could very well have been an ecommerce store turned retail (their website is really cool). So to organically have such high customer service skills is quite impressive.3. Their prices are extremely reasonable. If you know a little bit about the big box retail industry you know very well how much markup is on the items sold. Not at Novel. I'll give you an example, the Xiaomi Vacuum they sell is on par with the Dyson that Best Buy sells. Novel could easily, easily, ask and get $600 for the Xiaomi. But nah, they keep it real. $300 and change for what is essentially a $800 Dyson.I love your store. I love the passion you guys put into it. My experience browsing, buying, and using what you offer has been nothing short of 5 stars. So here's a 5-Star review to make it official!
