I was referred here by my parents to help with racket assembly service on a racket I purchased a family member for Christmas. Despite my parents telling me of this service AND it being listed on their website for $20, the lady at the front refused to do this as the whole thing must be purchased from their store otherwise she "can't bear the responsibility". I don't play or know anything about the sport so I may be wrong...but this just sounds petty and poor business.

Super great neighborhood table tennis club! This is a sister location to their main Mississauga location. Friendly players of a variety of skill levels - knowing how to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is helpful as the majority of the players speak these languages, but definitely not necessary. Don't be intimidated to show up solo, as you will find someone to play with. No water fountain, so make sure to bring enough water. Snacks and drinks are also available for purchase.

My experience at My Table Tennis Club Markham has been a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The club boasts an impressive facility with a substantial number of tables—around 16 or more—which is great for accommodating a large number of players.
However, there are some concerns that need addressing. Firstly, the club tends to get overcrowded, especially during peak hours, which can sometimes lead to long wait times and a less enjoyable experience. Additionally, the cost of membership and services at this club is on the higher side compared to other similar establishments in the area, making it less accessible to some players.
Another aspect that could use improvement is the condition of the tables. While there are plenty available, many of them appear to be quite old and worn, which can affect the quality of play. It would be beneficial for the club to invest in upgrading their equipment to provide a better playing experience for members.
Furthermore, the air conditioning system seems to struggle to keep the venue adequately ventilated, particularly during warmer months. This can make playing conditions uncomfortable and affect overall enjoyment.
In conclusion, while My Table Tennis Club Markham offers a spacious venue and ample table availability, there are notable areas for improvement such as overcrowding, high costs, outdated equipment, and ventilation issues. Addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall experience for members and visitors alike.

Just don’t go to the summer camp there, certain coaches are rude and unfair to particular students. Place itself isn’t bad, has a lot of space and tables but the owner is extremely unprofessional. When emailed about any issue they just ignore the problem and try to make themselves seem the best. If your customer is trying to help you solve a problem, you’re gonna have to cooperate or else things will go downhill. Overall service is just bad.

Last Tuesday night (15/11/2022), I forgot my racket in the gym. A golfer (no name) found it and gave it to the female gym owner. The gym owner took good care of it and returned it to me. I would like to express my regret. The female gym owner expressed her gratitude to the golfers who were kind enough not to leave their names.

I bought a Double Fish table from My Table Tennis. Ray and his crew helped deliver and install the table to my basement. Ray is very passionate about the sport and he is very professional. The overall purchase experience is excellent and communication is prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!

Very very bad experience! For the first visit that we had they charged 12 dollars for entry per person for max 2 hours! Then each rocket for rent was 4 dollars. Believe it or not they charged 3 dollars for renting a ball which is worth less than 70 cents!!! So angry and disappointed!!!
