My muffler fell apart on the road. I called this mechanic,(sorry I didn’t get your name) and he assisted me right away. He said I can leave my car in their shop even they are closed.

Have a 20yr old car minivan which breaks down often. Always great customer service and pick drop . Good waiting area with ac., washrm esp being a woman n if long wait for few hours. Car repair is always pricy anywhere u go but they are more economical n help wherever they can. Good team of mechanics , knowledgeable n great owners.

I went to this shop for a diagnostic of an oil leak. They found it was the valve cover gasket leaking oil but missed to find out there was also an oil leak from the oil filter. They quoted me $820 after discount to replace the gasket. I asked how long it will take to have the job done. They mentioned 5 to 6 hours. I went to other shop and they got the job done in 2 hours. The cost of parts with taxes was $33 plus labour $200 My mechanic may be professional in work but $820 compared to $233 is too high. I highly urge everyone to go for a second opinion about the cost of repair to avoid overpaying.

Had to get my brakes done as soon as possible on a Sunday. Was hesitant because I've never dealt with this shop before. Dealt with Alex and Rajeev. They set me up with an appointment instantly and the customer service was awesome. They made it so easy and comforting. Amazing customer service and highly recommend this place. I will definitely go back and a couple of my friends already asked me for the contact information.

Can you believe that? I've been repairing cars at My Mechanic Auto-Tire for over 6 years. Whenever the season changes or when I'm going on a long trip, I come here and ask them to check the condition of my car or change the oil. Every time they will inspect and repair it very carefully and explain the situation to you so that you can understand why you should deal with it this way or that. Can’t Thank these guys enough. I was in Florida and my girlfriend was leaving work in a snowstorm. One of her windshield wipers broke. They were going to close early due to the snowstorm. When I called and explained what was going on with my girlfriend‘s car and that she could be there in five minutes they said they would wait. She got there, they fixed her up and were very good to deal with. That is a true definition of great service. I dealt with Peter on the phone and will always be grateful for helping out when I was out of town and could not.
