My fiancée and I had an amazing experience at this Moores location. We needed a tuxedo for a gala and tuxedos for our wedding. Tory helped us and the process was fun and straight-forward. She helped us with our decisions and was so attentive. We will definitely be shopping here again.

This was my first visit to Moores, and lucky for me, I found what I was looking for, thanks to some wonderful service offered by Gurpreet. She made it very easy for me to decide on my suit and I was very pleased with my purchase.

Very helpful staff. Found a suit jacket that fitted perfectly. Reasonably priced. Also, offered the option to have a jacket made and delivered. Great experience

Customer service was distasteful and I’m very disappointed, I was looking to buy a couple items for my dad and was automatically misgendered and then the other sales people were extremely rude. I’m not giving this business any of my money…. No thanks!!!!!!

Very rude service! When i was there for returning the suits and trying to talk with someone, they completely ignored me, i said hi first but they just stared at me without saying anything, i told them the reason i was here, they took the suits without syaing anything! When i was asking for the returning receipt, they questioned like do you really need one? Then they gave me the receipt unwillingly.It seems like the clerk there had a really bad day, I was planning to buy a suit for myself (have to say the suit I rent looks great) but now I don’t wanna do anything with this place anymore

My experience at this Moores was excellent. Tanya was very helpful with helping me get my groomsmen and family fitted in suits. They're all looking sharp now and ready for the wedding!Some other fellows there are not as helpful. One is an older guy that is quite obviously trying to hide from work (don't know his name, he didn't introduce himself) and is less than helpful, and the other is new guy that told my dad the suit pants wasn't adjustable (by tailor). They were. Now he has pants that weren't his first choice.Anyway, manager is nice and accommodating. Store itself has a lot of good options.

Good option of clothes. Middle Eastern salesman we had was very grumpy, didn’t smile once and didn’t offer any suggestions unless prompted. Overall nice place but very poor customer service.

Wanted to buy a suite for myself none of the staff welcomed or entertained to make my purchase smooth. me and another customer disappointed and left without buying anything. drove for 30 minutes to reach there wouldn’t visit again, have some respect for your customers

Mannie done good, she took time to ensure I was properly fitted, rather then pointing me towards a general direction.When I stepped out of the change room she already had 3 combinations of shirts and ties ready for my fitting.I'm typically skeptical on spending money for suits, but the interaction with her was such a delight that I made sure to purchase what she recommended. Now excuse me while I dry the tears off my credit card.

I bought a suit for my dad but they SCAM MY MONEY!! They didn’t specify anything about the discount items nor the package deals!! The sale associate Gary quoted telling us that the white shirt and tie was “Free” but in reality it wasn’t free, it was only discounted! I even ask him if anything is not satisfied can we refund or exchange? He said Yes! But in reality when I want to do exchange or refund i was refused by other sales associates and cashier! I exchange for a tie that is slightly lower cost than the original but they refused to refund me the overcharges stating it was in the package deal therefore they can’t refund me. I also said then I want to cancel the white shirt and tie but they said I’m not allow to do so!!! Avoid this retail as much as possible!! At the end, the old man sales associates just want us get out from the store!! Rude service!! I honestly wouldn’t even want to rate them 1 stars! They deserve ZERO STARS!! If their policy stated customer can refund or exchange within 90 days, then I expect them to follow! If not, why the heck is it on their policy?! ??? Clearly state the policy at the back! MOORES A SCAMMER!!

Was assisted by Erin. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She made the process absolutely enjoyable and efficient. I told her what I was looking for, then she measured me and found a couple of options for me that fit nicely. Would definitely recommend and will certainly return for my future men's clothing needs.
