When you buy anything from this company, you should be aware that they only allow 3 days for refund or price match even if you haven’t even received the products yet. And they often have sales events that gives discount, you’d better wait a while before making the purchase. We bought 4 chairs and six days later they are on sale and the store refused to give us price match. And we haven’t received those chairs yet.

Attention to owners:I am a long term customer who purchased over $30000 goods in past 2 years. Recently I visited your store in Mississauga location, we purchased some decorations just small values this time. I had very unpleasant experience with this sales (Reshma Nanavati). My purchase before was someone else but teh eprson wasn't there this time.When I made payment, first she missed including the 20% off from the price tag, but this is not the problem, the problem is she questioned me about 'where is the 20%' , it sounded rude and sounded like I made it up. Once I showed her the price tag, she didn't say a word for apologies the mistake, acted like nothing happen. On top of that, I know it's just small amount only over $200, but there is no word as a 'thank you', I felt like I was shipping in the supermarket.I understand nowadays it's hard to find people to work in retail, but as a high end furniture store, this is unacceptable customer service. I don't know if I would consider to purchase anything again in Mobilia.

Our sales rep, Ron, was extremely helpful over several visits to the store. We appreciated his expertise, positive manner, cooperative problem-solving, and his advice. He helped us with several trade-offs, measurements, decisions, pricing , and delivery. He made the complete shopping and buying experience enjoyable and hassle-free.

Great selection of furniture and smooth process. Bought a hallway bench, coffee table and a side table. Really want to thank Ron Ayers for providing an outstanding customer service! Pleasure to deal with. On the ball with all the arrangements. Will definitely buy from him again.

I bought a sofa 6 years ago from Mobilia and my kids broke one of its legs! It was impossible to find it online, and I contacted Mobilia to see if they can help me? Athor in Customer service was excellent, they asked me for pictures of it, and luckily they had it in stock and I am going to pick it up next week. They even told me if they don’t have it, they can order it for me. It’s great that they have a detailed record of what they sell and its pieces just in case it’s needed! I am so thankful, they saved my time! Thank you

Just wanted to say thank you to Ron in particular for making my experience such positive one. He was super helpful, and friendly. I purchased a sectional couch that I am in love with. I will be a return customer for sure.

Pretty terrible experience overall. Placed an order online for a dining table in December and was informed that the table would arrived in early February. Waited until February to call to confirm and we were informed it’ll be late February. Called again a week leading up to the the last week of February only to be told our table was discontinued and is not available anymore by customer service. Was offered a discount on another item instead for the inconvenience. When trying to confirm that the refund for the original table was processed we were told conflicting information where the original table ordered is still being manufactured and is expected to arrive now in August. Cancelled the original order and bought another table only to have it come out of the box damaged on the edge. We were offered a repair technician to come out to fix the damage and we agreed. When the technician arrived he was very rude and disrespectful when asked to place his tools on a cloth to avoid leaving his tools on our hardwood floor to avoid scuffing it up or damaging. I’ve never had to deal with such disrespect from an organization in my own household. Mobilia can’t seem to get anything right. Inaccurate delivery times, incorrect information, terrible service, bad handling quality. Will never shop here again.

I purchased a TV stand and a Loveseat couch. Our sales associate, Ron Ayers assisted us. He was professional and honest. He ensured I got the best quality furniture. The delivery was smooth as well and quick. Definitely recommend to ask for Ron if you shop at mobilia (markham location)

Niusha is a very kind and caring seller. As she is attentive to the business of the company, she makes sure that the customer buys the goods and needed furniture with satisfaction.But despite the fact that the assembling of the dining table that I had bought was done by the delivery team and they had not done it, the management there did not take any action to satisfy the customer and only sent a message that she was sorry!!!!

Super satisfied with Mobilia .Our salesperson Niyousha was amazing at helping us choosing the perfect sofa, and even went the extra mile to help us match the promotion Black Friday Day. We got our sofa on time and the delivery process was pretty smooth, delivery guys showed up on time and installed them perfectly. Overall a good purchasing experience.?

My spouse and I purchased numerous items from Mobilia. The store is filled with a tonne of modern furniture. We had a salesperson named Niyousha. She assisted us in furnishing our entire home. She was very patient and helpful. She has excellent fashion sense. We are very happy with her service and recommend her to anyone who is thinking of a kind, professional sales person to help them with furniture selection.

We ordered an L shape sofa from this location. It was 7000$ on Black Friday deal with the extra protection plan included. We were very excited to receive it even with the delivery being rescheduled twice (so we waited more than 3 weeks for it). But when the sofa arrived we soon realized that the package was mislabeled and it was the opposite L shape configuration (instead of left facing it was right facing) that doesn’t fit into our rec room setup.There are no left facing sofas in stock so this holiday season we’ll have to “enjoy” movie night sitting on our kitchen chairs. We had much higher expectations from Mobilia especially for this price range.Update:The sales person (Jessica) called us and offered a solution. While we wait for the sofa to be in stock (approximately 4-5 months waiting) they can provide us a different style loaned sofa. We are not sure about accepting this option but I appreciate that she brought a solution to the table.Also, the delivery team was professional and didn’t cause any damage to our newly renovated basement - which based on our experience with other deliveries is very rare.

Had a great experience! Jessica at Mobilia was extremely patient, helpful and friendly with the purchase of our couch. She was very responsive and sent us images from the showroom since we were too busy to check out the store. She also gave us advice on what couch would look nice in our living room. My husband and I purchased our first home and we were looking to Mobilia for high quality pieces to furnish our home from scratch. We have been customers of Mobilia for about a year now, and have made a few orders through them. Despite the wait for the furniture to come into stock (we weren't in a rush to get them anyway), we are very pleased with the quality of the furniture, as well as how easy the whole process was from browsing the store (no added pressure from the reps in the store - you're able to leisurely browse) to scheduling delivery, to the delivery itself (highly recommend the white glove delivery service). Even when it came to small minor issues, calling customer service was super easy and they dealt with my concerns quickly and with tangible solutions that would actually make customers happy.I want to specially mention the rep we were working with for the past year - I cannot express how appreciative and grateful I am to have Jessica L. as our rep - she is kind, professional, friendly, thorough, detail-oriented, and most of all, I feel that she truly cares about us as her customers. She responds quickly to emails and remembers your face (even with a mask on) and greets you with a smile in the store. Despite other furniture stores having lower prices or sales, Jessica makes me want to shop at Mobilia because of her amazing customer service. I highly recommend Jessica to all our friends and family to meet all your Mobilia needs - now go into the store and ask for her because she's amazing! :) we will continue to work with Jessica for all our future furniture needs.

Jessica is one of the best sales person whom helped us find what we need. She has excellent knowledge of the products and has great recommendations. Her kind attitude and knowledge allowed us to never feel pressured to purchase; it allowed us to freely to select what we wanted.
