I had a really BAD experience about the release earlier. They didn’t inform us they were closing the door! AND NOT TO MENTION THAT IT WAS AFTER 3 HOURS OF WAITING IN LINE!!!
I can understand why other reviewer said that THESE GUYS ARE MAKING SHADY PRACTICES!!! It seems like they are doing this to push sales and PRESSURING people into buying with their CRAP marketing strategies since the long wait itself is already pushing people to buy their stuff
PLEASE improve your LABUBU release because I believe that a more organize flow would make a BETTER EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE A FAN!

EDIT: To your response that it is not true, how come the last 40 people in the line kept asking you questions if there are still any available LABUBU? You’re already WRONG on that part. Just admit you did not let EVERYONE in the line KNOW that there wasn’t ANYMORE available. You ONLY let the first 72 people in the line know and just left it AS IS. I DID NOT EVEN SEE ANY STAFF GOING DOWN ALL THE WAY TO THE END OF THE LINE WHEN IT WAS 11:10AM. And obviously by that time you already provided the tickets to the 72 people in there, since YOU EVEN SAID line was 50 deep at 10AM LOL.
You only told those the last 40 people who already LINED UP for more than 2 hours when they were close to the STORE DOOR. Please make it make sense. If you already had 4 releases like this you could have done or improved better. LIKE LETTING THE PEOPLE AT THE END OF THE LINE KNOW THAT ALL THE 72 tickets were already given out. NOT TELL THEM THAT AFTER 2 HOURS HAVE PASSED LMAO.
Very “nice” customer service you have there.
I even have videos since the beginning when I lined up showing that no staff came by at the end of the line.
To add: You can even see multiple people have three boxes for one person(if there is supposed to be a limit of ONE) in the stories they have shared on their IG just now. So much for fairness.

Wasted 2.5 HOURS of my time here waiting for a “LABUBU Have A Seat” release. As it was our first time lining up here for this release, they didn’t even let us know that they were only 72 “tickets” where you can purchase them, so you’re basically SOL after 72 people.
After waiting for a long time they didn’t let us know until we were close to the door or got inside. And that is taking into account that we were not even the last persons in, there were still about 30 more after me.
They should have just LET US KNOW in advance after those 72 tickets were already given(which was when they opened) instead of letting about 40 of us wait for nothing. Pretty shady instead of being open about it.
A guy named Kris said this is already their 4th release but they still have not thoughts of improving their releases. Even at least giving advance tickets for the next release for the people who didn’t get it would have been reasonable. I’ve seen other people that inserted the line with their friend already waiting ahead, so there is only chaos as long as you have 1 person ahead you can cut in line.. which would make you lose out on a ticket.
I’m not sure if they have taken notes on who bought on each release as a person can just come back every time and the limit of 1 would be just nothing.

Mindzai is my go to place for my Pop Mart obsession! I travel from the Kitchener area to go to this store! Great vibes, super friendly staff and really great stock. The open box marketplace section is amazing if you're missing one or two from a series and they're displayed really nicely! Definitely check them out, y'all.
