“We went to Tip Top looking for a suit for my son’s prom. Cuong was truly incredible. His attention to detail and his customer service skills are exceptional! He helped us pick out a suit and took measurements to ensure a proper fit. He then connected us with the store’s seamstress, Ewa, to create a totally customized outfit. Ewa is amazing!! She listened to the vision my son had and made it come to life. She was able to make suggestions to add details we hadn’t thought of. Her work is exquisite!

“A few months ago I was lucky enough to be helped by Kajol at the Markville location. The reason it was still in the back of my head to write a post after several months have gone by was because she was so kind to me and went above and beyond to help me with an item that they did not have in the store. This was also my experience at the Upper Canada Mall locations, on 2 different occasions where I did not feel like I needed a trusted friends opinion as it felt like Ruth was helping me as a friend rather than a salesperson. This made me trust her more and made me want to purchase my items with confidence. The level of kindness they offered me was heart warming, Thanks Kajol and Ruth, your kindness was not forgotten.”

“I visited Zara at Markville Mall today evening around 7:00 PM, and while checking out, I accidentally slipped my card holder containing my driver’s license and all my debit and credit cards. I realized it only an hour or two later, after I had already left and visited another store.
I retraced all my steps and went back to check everywhere I had been. Thankfully, a kind female associate at Zara (her name started with H, unfortunately I don’t remember her full name) had kept my card holder safe and returned it to me.
I’m extremely grateful for her honesty, kindness, and presence of mind. It truly meant a lot to me, and I sincerely appreciate her help.”
