Worst experience at this store. The workers need to be trained on how to speak to their customers. I bought a dress online, not satisfied texture I went to return at Markville mall location Melanie Lyne. I did not try the dress. However there was some dirt near under arm on the dress. Staffs especially the manager kept accusing me how did that happen. I received the dress just like that. It was really frustrating. I cannot believe my favourite store made me stop buying at this store. I totally understand some people try them or wear them and return. I cannot imagine myself being treated like those people. Anyways manager is saying to me don’t shop online come to the stores , who is she to tell me what I do. You need have a limit to talk or treat customers. Of course when you go to buy at this store they will treat you very well. Returns very poor. Not again to this place.

Today was a good day!! I had purchased a gown for my daughters graduation some time ago, we were very excited as the dress was perfect, unfortunately the buying experience was not up to standard!!! The manager of this store was very rude and completely dismissive of me and my daughter! I spent a good amount of money and didn’t appreciate the attitude that came from her!! Anyway to cut a very long story short I went in again today to express my feelings as my daughter a young and impressionable teenager felt awkward but along came YOLANDI!!! She was absolutely awesome!!! I loved her attitude and her diligence, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed me with a big smile, she dealt with my issue promptly and extremely efficiently, thank you so much Yolandi!!! I appreciate your time and effort❤️

I am so happy shopping at Melanie Lyne . I usually come to tje store at Markville Mall and I have to say my experience is the best. The customer service is impeccable from the staff. I usually come in when Rose the sales person always make my experience wonderful. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with purchase. Thank you Rose ❤❤❤

I stopped into the Mall in Markham Ontario Canada and saw a Melanie Lyne store. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the clothes and colours stunning for work and dining out, and the sale prices fabulous. Two pieces were not available in my size and the staff ordered and shipped them to me. What more could you wish for in excellent service and quality? ( And I saved almost half price)

As usual, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. I was given attention and sound advice on the items I was considering. I purchased two dresses. Their quality is, as usual, quite good and the dresses were reasonably priced.

Took my mom into the store for the first time and to say we both enjoyed ourselves is an understatement. The amazing lady working there (Tassie) made our entire shopping experience well worth it. She didn't hesitate to bring us clothes to try on, asked us questions to better understand what we were looking for, and was just so genuine. We literally went in twice in one day because we just couldn't get enough of her or the store! Will definitely be visiting again soon, thank you Tassie for providing one of the best customer service experiences we've ever received!

Worst customer service everThey never answer the phone the message is same and you stay on hold for over 39 minutes and same message repeating even the option of leave message to call you back they never didI ordered online Nov-30 status says shipped until today I have not recive the order they send me a message after I messaged them asking about the shipment the tracking number they provided me with one day was could not detect it then says it’s on its way to be delivered they send me email confirming that I’ll recive the order today ( which was three days ago) then the tracking number showed message delivery failed as the driver forgot to pick up the package !!! I send them message again and no response now for two daysVery disappointed from them my first and last time to buy from this place
