Had a synthetic oil change for a suv done last week. Made an appt for lunch (quick turn around) however, pretty expensive ($147 total) prices for a simple oil change (they charge $40 to inspect the car as part of it) and don’t even fill up the washer fluids. I get that they’re franchised but a 40% markup from another Master I went to is insane.

About few months ago I brought in my BMW for a brake job. They quoted me just under 3k for parts and labor. Only to find out that the two front rotors were aftermarket but the back were original. I just spent another 1k doing the front as Joe and his team placed an aftermarket brakes on the front. Joe also ensured that he was replacing all of the brakes with OEM. Clearly I can’t trust them and i would definitely NOT recommend them as well. The first two picture i attached is what they put on my car. And the third one is the OEM that I just recently replaced by the dealer. Avoid this location if you can.

Joe and his entire team are the most honest and professional shop in Markham. He will tell it to you straight, what needs to be done now and what can wait until the next visit.
Best place to get a safety certificate if you really want to know whats going on with your vehicle. Master Mechanic is a trusted name that never disappoints with quality and friendly service, can't recommend this place enough!

A few days ago I took my GMC Terrain to Master Mechanic on Bullock Drive to get my muffler fixed. Joe gave me a warm welcome and he and his mechanic had my car fixed in no time.
It was an amazing experience and I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle there.

I have been taking my car here for a few years and it's always been a great experience. Most recently he discovered some poor quality work done by another mechanic and his team spent a couple hours fixing it at no additional cost. This was truly excellent customer service and I'll continue to be coming here for years to come. -Mike Seeley

Amazing service. My brakes were shot, and I was traveling from up north. I was not able to wait for the weekend. Terry wad able to squeeze me in and replace my rotors, pads and calipers in the afternoon. Kind people with quality work.
