Overall satisfied with my vehicle. Unfortunately, some of the staff chose to conduct business in an unprofessional manner. The "I don't care" attitude that present day society has adapted is not the way to conduct business. Temperamental answers or remarks to customers questions is uncalled for and cutting corners is not a way of thanking a customer for their business (regardless of whether it's used or not).

Maria was an awesome salesperson who showed us the vehicle we were interested in. She makes you feel relaxed and not pressured to purchase on the spot.
I have never felt pressured at Markville Chevrolet and this is my 2nd Equinox.

I would give a zero, but unfortunately the minimum is 1 star, so i go with that.
I recently bought an used tesla model 3. Although used, I still paid over $35k on the vehicle and the dealership did make money.
As part of delivery commitment from the Sales Manager the dents and most of the scratches will be removed, and car would be detailed (note here, detailed).
When I picked up my car, and started driving back I noticed the car had 9% battery and car was not detailed and just got dusted.
I went back to dealership and spoke with the sales person and he promised to get this done next day. Next day I left the car, spent 3 hours at markville mall, and went to pick up the car. The sales guy said that the detailer worked on it for 2 hours. I opened the vehicle, same hair pieces, dust was seen. They didn't even touch the vehicle and may be the sales person wasn't aware.
This is a classic example of how they would lie to a customer. I also recommend my friend who is almost 99% fixed on a new Cadillac, but this dealership will not earn my recommendation. BUYERS BEWARE.

I purchased a vehicle here and the process has been nothing but smooth. Donn was phenomenal, very fair and considerate every step of the way. Communication was great and they went above and beyond with the little things to ensure a satisfactory experience. I believe a lot of the negative reviews are one-off experiences and cannot pinpoint a single shortcoming from this dealers customer service. Huge thanks to Donn and Francis once again, great team and great service!
